How to choose the appropriate color temperature, color rendering index and illumination of LED tubes?

See you use it. If it is for home use, the color temperature should not be too high, and the main light source should not exceed 5500 K. If it is too high, blue light will easily hurt your eyes. If it's a desk lamp, I personally like 4000-5500k K. Although the blue light is not particularly low, it's a little yellow and sleepy below 5000k, so it's necessary to use 5000-5500 K. If there are children at home, it is suggested that the color temperature of the light source in contact with children should be as low as possible, preferably below 4500k or even 4000 K. It is very important to protect children's eyes. Of course, some people love cool colors and use 6500k when they know it's bad for their eyes. This is personal preference and personal freedom.

If the color rendering index is higher, some photography requires a higher display index. Now the index is basically above 90, and now it is often 95 in the market.

Illuminance is really difficult to answer, and it has been said upstairs, so I won't go into details here.
