Chairman: Lin Yong

Lin Yong, 1942, born in Chaoshan, Guangdong Province, 1966 graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. At present, he is vice chairman of China Artists Association, chairman of Guangdong Artists Association, academician of China Painting Academy, vice chairman of Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, expert enjoying special allowance from the State Council, and national first-class artist. Good at figures, flowers and birds painting, natural and unrestrained style, fresh and lively, good at literary theory and illustrations.

The published painting collections include: Lin Yong's works, Lin Yong's illustrations, Lin Yong's sketches, visiting Pakistani paintings, Dream Girl's and Lin Yong's Chinese paintings, Lin Yong's Chinese paintings and contemporary China artists. He visited Pakistan three times and was awarded the "Medal of Excellence" by the President of Pakistan. His works have been collected by collectors at home and abroad such as China Revolutionary Military Museum, China Art Museum, Chinese Painting Research Institute, Guangdong Art Museum, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Guangzhou Art Museum, Shenzhen Art Museum and Guan Shanyue Art Museum.

Full-time Vice-Chairman: Pan Jiajun, born in June 1947, Han nationality, native of Nanhai, Guangdong Province, is currently a director of China Artists Association, a full-time vice-chairman of Guangdong Artists Association, a member of Guangdong Federation of Literary and Art Circles, an academic member of Guangdong Art Museum and a director of Guangdong Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. In his early years, he was engaged in art creation and Art editor work in the army, and later transferred to Guangdong Artists Association. After 1995, he presided over the daily work of the Provincial Artists Association, played the role of various functional departments, United artists, prospered their creation, participated in organizing and planning a number of large-scale art activities, and successfully held a number of national art exhibitions. Representative works include the oil painting I am Haiyan (collected by China Art Museum), Recovering the Lost Youth (won the third prize of the 30th National Art Exhibition with Zeng, collected by China Art Museum), 1924 Huangpu (collected by Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Cuiheng Village, Zhongshan, Guangdong), Li Tiefu in front of an easel (collected by Guangdong Art Museum) and Hearing the Sound. A series of oil painting portraits with both form and spirit have created flesh-and-blood characters and left the mark of the times. The oil painting "I am Haiyan" has inspired and inspired generations of young people.
