The scenic spot is located in Hualing District, Liu Dong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province, which is 18km away from the center of Liuzhou City. Main construction project: Liuzhou Baihualing Ecological Flower Demonstration Zone, with a total area of about 2,500 mu and a planned total investment of about 600 million yuan.

The project is planned according to the national AAAA level scenic spot standard, making full use of the original landform of Hualing to create a brand-new eco-tourism scenic spot; Including thousands of acres of open-air flowers, terraces, forest flowers, 365-day temperature-controlled flowers, Guangxi folk impression experience zone, Luojiang Academy, national education base, wedding photography base, fresh fruit picking garden, fresh cut flower production base, trading center and so on. The estimated completion time is 2022. After completion, it will radiate Guangxi and surrounding provinces and cities with Liuzhou as the center.
