Lu Mei is more difficult to test. All majors in the college have the right to award master's degrees. The college has three first-class disciplines: art, design and art theory. Among them, art and design are the earliest traditional majors in China.

Photography is the earliest major to train undergraduate and graduate students in China. Animation major was rated as the key supporting major in Liaoning Province; Industrial design experimental teaching center is the only national industrial design experimental teaching demonstration center in similar universities in China. The experimental teaching center of printmaking and the experimental teaching demonstration center of photography, film and television were rated as provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers.
