Experience Tai Chi Qinggong while traveling

“ The movements are like colorful clouds chasing the moon, and the shape is like hibiscus emerging from the water." This is a description of Tai Chi's "Qing Gong". What does Tai Chi Qinggong feel like? In "Thirteen Movements of Exercise Songs", it is said that "the whole body is light and the head is hanging". The theory of Tai Chi also says: "With one move, the whole body becomes light and agile." This time I traveled to Guilin and I really felt that "heavy and light are in the end, deliberate is like a cat."
During this trip to Guilin, we encountered a flood that had never happened in a century. The Lijiang River was no longer beautiful, there were no reflections on the river surface, only the fierce water flowing down like the Yellow River. Beautiful Yangshuo was flooded by heavy rain, and the West Street after the flood was in a mess, which made people sad to see. For several days in a row, most scenic spots were closed, so we had no choice but to go to the Gudong Waterfall Scenic Area, which was still open, with many tourists.
Gudong Waterfall is very close to the urban area of ??Guilin. It is a scenic spot in the rain, with misty rain, towering ancient trees, vines wrapped around trees, and trees wrapped around vines, which is full of wild charm. The scenic spot is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the red flowers are blooming everywhere but the beautiful poisonous dripping Guanyin. We took a bamboo raft into the depths of the scenic spot, where beauties sang in antiphony, and the mountains and rivers matched each other. We were immersed in the scene, floating like immortals. After landing, we saw the waterfall after the rain, with the constant sound of gurgling water. Gudong Waterfall could have been climbed along the water, but this time it was not possible because the water was too strong, so we had to walk aside to watch its power and listen to its sound. Although it is not as beautiful as wading, the waterfall is full of water and loud, which is enough to make people feel relaxed and happy.
Although the scenery was beautiful, the shoes on my feet took away my energy. While watching the scenery, I had to be careful that my feet were slippery. I was wearing a pair of beach shoes, but they were too slippery to go up the mountain road. I went to a small store to buy shoes, but there were no suitable shoes for me. I had no choice but to move forward cautiously. Even though I was careful, I still stumbled from time to time because of my poor shoes and the fact that the stone steps and wooden ladders were slippery and covered with moss after the rain. Fortunately, with years of practicing Tai Chi, I was able to control my staggering. One foot slipped out, and the other foot was locked. It was all about the Dantian Qi that stabilized the waist, and all the energy in the crotch was used to make up for it. At the critical moment, you can see the role of the combined strength in the crotch that you usually practice, and turn danger into safety.
Looking at the pedestrians around me, there are some elderly people. They are all fine. I am the only one who slipped. It is true that the problem is with my shoes. Are there any other problems? I was enlightening while looking at the scenery, and I returned to enlightenment during the tour. I suddenly became enlightened. I know that my body has become loose and heavy during my boxing practice, and it is not ordinary heavy. It is so heavy that I cannot go up the mountain, and it is so heavy that it is difficult for me to go up to the third floor. This reminds me of: When someone touches my hand, they say I am heavy. I understand that shoe slipping is one thing. Once the shoe slips, it will sink and increase gravity, which will aggravate the slippage and cause staggering. However, the reason for not slipping is because he is calm and in control of the situation. This is precisely because of Kung Fu, it is slippery and controlled by Kung Fu. After understanding the reason for the heavy body, start to relax your body.
Normally, my shoulders are loose and my hips are dropped. My weight is all on the ground, and the ground reaction is strong, so I also produce kung fu. In response to the slipping phenomenon on this tour, I began to study how to change from heavy to light. Hard work pays off. While walking, I suddenly lifted my hips, as if the hip bones on both sides of the box were hanging up. I suddenly felt that my body was very light, and I was walking like a cat. I'm wondering, is this what Qinggong in martial arts is like? While swimming, try to raise and lower your hips. It's very interesting to raise your hips and make your body lighter, while lowering your hips and your body will be heavier.
I also observed the inner Qi, and the true Qi did not rise with the lifting of the crotch. We often say that "you are out of breath", but there are really two layers of qi, one is for breathing, and the other is the true qi that sticks to the lower Dantian. It is precisely because we practice Tai Chi to relax, relax from top to bottom, and let the Qi settle in the Dantian that the body becomes calm. It is precisely because you relax from your feet upwards and lift your hips that your body feels light and agile. Therefore, if you practice Tai Chi well, you will be calm and agile.
After visiting the Gudong Waterfall, we also visited the "Guanyan" karst cave. We encountered a slippery road when we exited the cave entrance. Merchants are very good at doing business. They use goods to form a Bagua road at the exit, which is winding and short, so that tourists can buy souvenirs. Because the ground is made of very smooth tiles, plus the rain from people's umbrellas falling, the ground is very slippery, even more slippery than the mountain road. I walked on the alleyway filled with dazzling products, cautiously, and couldn't help but raise my hips and lift my hip bones. My body was as light as a swallow, and I walked like a cat.
