Many people want to know how women can do such a job. This surprise is caused by social stereotypes. Many people think that women can only do some basic jobs that don't require heavy physical strength, but the reality is that women can do any job. So what exactly do these women workers who built the Vulcan Mountain Hospital do? The following is my opinion:

At the beginning of construction, it is definitely necessary to have a professional construction team to plan the overall framework of the hospital and draw drawings. Women will definitely participate in these jobs, because there are many female architects who are also very professional and can make many constructive suggestions.

Second, the construction of hospitals.

In the process of hospital construction, many women workers also participate in it, such as installation, arrangement of hospital facilities and hospital construction. These heavy physical labor in hospital construction also enlivened the figure of women, and they also made great contributions to hospital construction.

Third, do a good job in logistics.

When building a hospital, there will definitely be a logistics department to ensure the safety of staff and medical and living materials such as food and water. There are also female employees in such logistics departments, and they are also making their own contributions to the construction of hospitals.
