Who can explain that everything is illusory (Buddhism)
Master Jingkong talked about the excerpts from the notes of the Quantum-Earth-Tibetan Classics at 16: 46 on June 9, 29. My husband was self-conscious, and his body was silent. The heart of self-nature, with this virtual spirit. No phase, no name, absolutely incredible. Being a group of students is the root of all laws. After all, the Tao in the number is empty, and praise is the first righteousness. When Buddhas realize it, the three bodies are round. All living beings are fascinated by this, and there are six cycles. Although there are differences in their understanding, there is no difference in their mind.
This paragraph is about the totality of the legal world, which is what modern philosophy calls the universal ontology. Both eastern and western philosophies are still groping for noumenon. Although they have talked a lot, no one can convince everyone. It is very rare to explain this issue clearly until Buddhism. The so-called "noumenon", the simple explanation of these two words, is fundamental, original, and body is rational; That is to say, where did the universe come from? That root is called ontology. Where does vanity come from? Now we know that countless planets in the void are running in space. Where did this thing come from? There are creatures in the planet, such as animals, plants and minerals on our earth. Where do these things come from? You can also ask where life comes from and why it exists. These are all ontologies. Explain everything, including the origin of life, this passage is not long, only two lines of words have already made it clear.
what is "ontology"? Self-nature, your own nature. It has its own natural meaning, in other words, it is not artificial, it is not a birth and death method, it is already there, and it is like this. What is "self"? A thought. One thought is self-nature, and self-nature is one thought. These two words have deep meanings, and one is not two. If you fall behind two thoughts, you will be in big trouble. What is Ernian? I lost my self after two thoughts. As soon as you think about it, you realize your self-nature, which means that all buddhas come to you, so we will call you Buddha and Buddha. As soon as you think about it, you are the Tathagata and the Buddha. If you are a second thought, you are a sentient being, and you are an ordinary person. Therefore, we must know that the self-nature of Buddhism is true, one thought is true, and one thought is nature. It's hard for everyone to understand this saying. One thought is no thought, and Buddhism says no thought, especially Zen. If you are really no thought, you are wrong again. No thoughts, no thoughts on wood and no thoughts on stone, then have they all become Buddhas? Therefore, this meaning must be clear and clear. No thought is no two thoughts, in other words, no thought means one thought, not that there is no thought at all, and no thought is the real one.
One thought is the sincerity, one thought is the nature, and one thought is the emptiness and the dharma world. This meaning is still difficult to understand, we have to say it figuratively. For example, we play the piano, and you have seen and heard China's guqin and zither. It is a string, and when it is not played, it is called a thought at this time, and it is a second thought when you gently pluck it. Why? This string is not flat. It makes waves. If you play it lightly, the waves will be small. If you play it heavily, the waves will be big. Now scientists are talking about the phenomenon of fluctuation. Where did the universe come from? Fluctuating. The previous generation of scientists thought that all objects, the basic substances that make up everything, are molecules, atoms, electrons and particles, which are made up of these things; Modern scientists are great, and they have further discovered that there are none of these things. What does Einstein say about the universal law? The phenomenon of fluctuation. It is also called "field", and there is nothing but field, which he discovered. He found that it was a fluctuating phenomenon, but he couldn't find out where the wave came from.
A wave must have never started inside a wave. For example, when we talk about water waves, where did the water waves start? It started with water. If there is no water, where is the wave? Light also has waves. Where do light waves come from? From light, from photons, it vibrates and becomes light waves. Electromagnetic waves come from electric current. What are light and current? We kept going inside to investigate, and in the end, some people talked about vacuum, and our Buddhism said that vacuum is not empty. The root of Buddhism is a thought. You should know that once a thought does not fluctuate, it will fall to two or three. Therefore, there is no fluctuation at all, no fluctuation at all. At this time, the void dharma realm is one, and Hua Yan Jing calls it a true dharma realm, and a true dharma realm is a self-consciousness. Fluctuating together, one true dharma realm becomes ten dharma realms, and it becomes boundless dharma realms. So, where did the ten dharma circles come from? As for the phenomenon of fluctuation, the Buddha said in Huayan Jing: "Ideals are present, but knowledge is changed. What idealism shows is a truth, and what knowledge changes is the ten dharma realms, which are boundless dharma realms. Idealism is a thought of self-nature, without fluctuation, and now it is a true dharma realm. Only knowledge is dynamic, knowledge is a phenomenon of fluctuation, and knowledge is persistent with delusion, so it becomes the ten dharma realms.
This is still very difficult to understand. What is that phenomenon? It is difficult to understand whether fluctuation is one or not. Today, we say that immobility and movement are two different things, which is easy to understand. The Buddha told us that fluctuation and non-fluctuation are one thing, and we don't understand this. There is no movement in the movement, and there is movement in the movement. This is the truth. If immobility and movement are two different things, it is impossible for the Buddha to come into our world. The six worlds are greatly vibrating, and the Buddha lives in a state of immobility. How can he come to us? The Buddha tells us that moving with or without moving is one and not two, so the Buddha can be transformed into our world. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can appear in the Ten Dharma Boundaries, and they should show their bodies in whatever degree. The random statement and principle are here. This truth is too deep. What does Buddhism say about practicing and proving fruit? I will talk about "Buddhas realize it" later. What do you realize? Just realize this thing. He clearly understood this matter, and he called the Buddhas Tathagata; We don't know or understand this matter, so we call it six ordinary people; Ordinary people and Tathagata are in a moment. The first sentence of this paragraph is the general program. These four words tell the root of the universe, which is infinitely deep and wide, and infinitely thorough. This sentence is a complete dharma, and all dharma mentioned by all the buddhas of the 1th Party and the 3rd Party cannot be separated from this sentence. This sentence, you have to elaborate, the Buddha together, everyone to preach, preach that infinite robbery is inexhaustible, this is the truth.
Let's briefly talk about the appearance of self-nature, that is, "body element is silent", and "body" is the body of self-nature, the body of one mind, which was originally silent. "Zhan" is a metaphor, as clean as water, spotless, and the water is flat without any fluctuation. This is called Zhan. When we offer Buddha, the most important thing in the offerings is a glass of water. We can offer this glass of water without offering anything else. Water meter. What? One mind is self-nature, and the body is silent. When you see this glass of water, you will think that our self-nature is as clean as water, as calm and spotless as water. This is your true nature, this is called Tathagata, and this is called Buddhas. Therefore, this glass of water is not for Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to drink, but for ourselves. After seeing it, you should enter this realm. Don't you want to learn Buddhism? Buddha's heart is as clean and calm as water, without any waves.
Our current mind is polluted, greedy and slow, and it's not human. This is pollution. Ideas, one idea is born and another idea is extinguished, which is uneven and fluctuating. Seeing that this glass of water is different, fellow initiates should remember that the Buddha and Bodhisattva should provide clear water, not tea, which is polluted. It's best to use transparent glass for the cup. You can see it clearly. Therefore, it is a method of expression, which reminds us to cultivate a pure heart. This water is spotless and pure. Also cultivate equality, no fluctuation is equality. Cleanliness and equality are conscious, and you will realize it. The water meter is clean and equal at the same time, so it was originally silent. "Silence" here means silence, which means delusion, separation and persistence are all gone. This is silence. When silence reaches its extreme, it is called Zhan Ji, which is the body. There is a body, of course, it has a function. What is the function? It must be true.
Let's talk about the "self-mind". Mind and nature are one and different, and mind and nature are one, but they are not one. Just like water and waves, do you think water and waves are one or two? If you want to say that it is one, it is clear that one is calm and the other is fluctuating; You have to say it second, waves are also water, and water is also waves. Tell you two things, you can't say one, you can't say two, they are the same. What is the heart? The heart is the body, which is called the heart. However, we must know that the body is determined to be used, and nothing is useless.
this sentence is important: "the heart of self-nature, use the essence to empty the spirit"! We have a bad heart today. The hearts of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are clean and empty! Nothing. Our purpose is to have me, you and him all the time, which is the four phases mentioned in the Diamond Sutra, I, people, all beings and those who live long. Originally empty, now there are these four categories, which are full. It doesn't work when it's full, but it doesn't work when it's empty. It's useful when it's empty, but it's useless. Like when we build a house, it's only useful if it's empty. If the house is built and it's full, what's the use? You build a house with bricks, which are all full of bricks. Is it still useful? It's useless. It's only useful if it's empty. Everything that works must be empty, the wooden fish is hollowed out, and the coat is hollowed out, so it won't ring until it is knocked. Our heart is not ringing today. Why? Without wisdom, it's full, no matter how you knock, it won't ring. Originally, your mind was extremely sensitive, but now it doesn't work. What is the reason? It is your "use" that has been implemented. It is not empty, so it is ineffective.
I'm teaching my classmates to give lectures in Singapore. They are learning to give lectures. They study very hard and study very hard. What can beginners do? I taught him a principle, but now he can't do it. Where to prepare for the lecture, the reason why you have to prepare is that your self-nature is lost, so you need to prepare. It's so hard to prepare, and it's not appropriate. Even if we can talk about one thing, it's all others', none of it is our own, and none of it is revealed in our own mind. What is the reason? Zen master said, you don't have a clear mind to see sex. How to speak the classics well? Your heart is clean, and there is nothing left. Just say it, and what you say is no different from what the Buddhas say. The same is true for you to recite Buddha. How can you recite Buddha well? With a clean head and nothing in your heart, you will realize that you are not confused. You still have something in your heart. You can recite the Buddha's name 1, times a day for the rest of your life. As the ancients said, "It's useless to shout your throat out." You don't respond accordingly, because you don't understand this principle, and you don't know your true colors.
I am what I really am, that is, the words "Zhan Ji Xu Ling"; Zhan Ji is the self, and the virtual spirit is used. All buddhas and bodhisattvas, this bodhisattva must be a dharma master, not an ordinary bodhisattva. They correspond to these four words, so they are called dharma master and Buddha Tathagata. Today, we call six ordinary people, which is completely contrary to these four words. Our hearts are not empty and quiet, and our hearts are effective. There is no other purpose to learn Buddhism, but to restore self-nature! Restore self-nature, that is, restore these four words, these four words are all living beings have enough. As the A?vagho?a Bodhisattva said, you have enough, and you can certainly recover. In other words, there is no such thing as silence, emptiness and ineffectiveness. Of course, if there is no such thing, it can be abandoned, but if there is, it can be restored. Buddhists talk about confidence, and the establishment of confidence is based on this sentence; I believe that I was originally a Buddha, and now I am confused. I believe that this confused decision can be abandoned, and I believe that the "Buddha" decision can be restored. This is called believing in success. The first sentence at the beginning of everything is, "If so, I smell it". What does the word "so" mean? It's the silence and emptiness that is talked about here.
The following two sentences: "Nothing is unknown, it's incredible". "No phase", clearly see all things, how to say no phase? No phase is no reality, and there is no real phase. All phases are illusions. The Diamond Sutra says "dream bubbles", and all phenomena are dream bubbles. How long can this phase exist? Dew is like electricity. To tell you the truth, all phenomena are born and died in an instant, so it is not true. It is difficult for us to understand the birth and death of an instant. The Buddha in the Sutra of the Benevolent King said a general idea, so let us experience it from it. The Buddha said that there are sixty moments in a flick, and the time of a flick is very short. According to the scripture, Lux is a very strong and brave person who flicks his fingers, powerful and fast. We snap our fingers now, and it's not a problem to play them four times a second. The Buddha said that a snap of a finger has sixty moments, that is, one sixtieth of a snap of a finger is called an instant, and there are 9 births and deaths in the instant, which shows that this phase is a dream bubble, not true. Let's use this algorithm. One second, the fingers are flicked four times, four times sixty times 9, and one second is two births and deaths, which is 216, births and deaths. The scripture says "dew is like electricity", and that is like electricity, and electricity is lightning, which is a metaphor for this birth and death of 216 thousand times a second, so the Buddha said that this phase is a dream bubble and has no phase.
This birth and death is so fast that we can't observe it, so the Buddha often talks about immortality. Immortality is not without birth and death. If there is no birth and death, it is not nonsense. What's the point? Being born and dying means being born and dying too fast, almost dying. At the same time, when you say being born and dying, being born and dying will be extinguished immediately. That's what you mean. There is indeed birth and death, and birth and death are almost at the same time, and there is no way to distinguish them. This is called immortality, so immortality is to explain the phenomenon of birth and death. Buddha said "dew". Dew is our illusion today. It is a continuous phase of birth and death. After the former phase is destroyed, the latter phase is born. Although the latter phase is born, it is very similar to the former one, but you think it still exists, but it is not. This truth, we can easily find it with a camera. Now the technology is so developed that everyone uses a video recorder, which is not easy to find.
when I was young, I played with a camera and made movies. I am very good at this. I can shoot and edit, and I played for a while. Usually, we use a small eight-centimeter camera to shoot a roll of film, and the lens is turned on and off 24 times a second. When the lens is unfolded, we take one picture, and then we close it and take another picture with another negative. It is taken 24 times a second, and you think it's true when you put it on the screen, so you don't know it's fake. If you think about 216, cards a second, will you know that it is fake? Twenty-four births and deaths in a second have fooled you around, and you already think it's true. As for the actual phenomenon, the Buddha talks about birth and death 216, times a second, which is convenient for the Buddha, but it is not true. It's really more than this. I don't know how many times it is. I will talk about this passage in Huayan Jing in the future, and I will explain it to you in detail. This is exactly the same as the current scientific observation, which shows that all laws are false and not true.
you know it's fake, you can enjoy it, you can enjoy it comfortably, you decide not to possess it, you have it, and it's wrong for you to get it, and you can't get it. Even if you can't get this body, the body is born and died in an instant, and all methods are born and died in an instant. How can you get it? You can benefit from it and decide the idea that you can't have it. That's a delusion, and that's separation. Buddhists and bodhisattvas enjoy great freedom in all the circumstances, which is what I usually tell you in my lectures. Buddhists and bodhisattvas want the right to use, but they don't want ownership. Why not have ownership? "Nothing, nothing", so he used it freely and lived happily. He has no gain or loss, no joy in coming, and no worry in losing, because there is no gain or loss. People in the world are confused and upside down, suffering from loss and suffering from loss. Playing delusions, creating right and wrong in gains and losses, and making endless crimes, in the end, they still get nothing, so the Buddha said that all beings are "pitiable." Why pity? You can't have what he wants, but he wants what he doesn't have, you say.
