After waiting for five months, Chang 'an Ling Xuan finally ushered in the automatic version, and it still uses Ai Xin 6AT. This gearbox is said to be imported from Japan, but I didn't believe it at that time. After all, the minimum automatic transmission is only 87,900. How high is the use cost of imported 6AT? However, after checking the domestic production capacity of Aisin, I think the news is reliable. At present, Aisin has only one factory in Tianjin, China, which produces 6AT gearboxes with a production capacity of 800,000 units/year. Guangnan Volkswagen and Beinan Volkswagen eat nearly 400,000 production capacity every year, so Changan has to import 6AT.

However, for us, whether it is imported or domestic, whether it is used or not is the most important thing. The Ling Xuan automatic transmission test drive mainly answered three questions we are concerned about.

1. What changes have been made to the automatic transmission models?

The Ling Xuan of 1.5T 6AT is basically the same as the version of 1.5T 6MT in appearance, and still adopts the Babylonian middle grille, which is different from the horizontal middle grille of1.6l5mt. At the same time, the manual transmission version of 1.5T is matched with simple daytime running lights and roof rack, returning to a high-profile automatic transmission model.

Compared with manual transmission models, the configuration of automatic transmission Ling Xuan has also increased. On the top model, front and rear head air curtains, parallel line assistance, constant speed cruise, panoramic sunroof, electric adjustment of main driver, air purification in the car, positioning service, etc. They all appeared, which enhanced the sense of class. It is worth mentioning that Ling Xuan is equipped with ESP except the lowest manual gearbox of 1.6L, and all other configurations are equipped with automatic headlights and front fog lights as standard, which makes the mountain city full of characteristics.

Two. What does it feel like to open 1.5T 6AT?

A cursory look at the configuration table shows that the Ling Xuan automatic transmission model with the same configuration is more expensive than the manual transmission model 1 1000 yuan. However, combined with the experience of this test drive and the reputation of reliability of Aisin gearbox, I think the price difference is still worth it.

This Aisin 6AT has no problems in speed, ride comfort and shift logic. The only problem is that there is no gear indicator, so it is easy to distinguish between R gear and N gear when getting started. Specific to the training level, this gearbox is also willing to downshift in the D gear state. If you step on the accelerator a little deeper, the gearbox will drop by one gear, and a floor oil gearbox will even drop by two gears. But as an MPV, it is more inclined to driving comfort, so it takes half a second to one second for this downshift reaction to appear in a gentle way.

In the D-gear state, Ling Xuan's power is brisk at medium and low speeds, and even if he lightly steps on the accelerator, he will have a jumping action similar to that of Toyota. Nevertheless, the engine still has obvious hidden strength, especially after 100km/h, it feels that the speedometer pointer is unwilling to go up, as if it has its own ECO mode.

Only by shifting to S gear or using manual mode can the real strength of this gearbox and this 1.5T engine be stimulated. Especially in manual mode, the shift speed is close to that of manual gearbox, but the power combination is more flexible, just like an old driver stepping on the clutch for you, you can still take into account the ride comfort at the same time. If the engine speed is above 2000, the dynamic response will be more direct, and the speed of 120/h will be relaxed.

Generally speaking, this power combination puts riding comfort first, and then finds a balance between economy and power, which is in line with the positioning of Lingxuan's seven-seat MPV.

When it comes to the recent test drive experience of Changan new car, the chassis is a must, and this automatic Ling Xuan is quite satisfactory. Ling Xuan's hanging is a soft style. I like its reasonable sense of suspension at high speed and the sense of stability when walking on bad roads. Whether driving or riding, comfort is guaranteed. There are also some shortcomings. If the speed bump is too fast and the suspension end is too hard, the suspension performance will obviously decrease when it is fully loaded. However, this is the bottleneck of this level of MPV. If you want a better experience, you have to go to GL8 level.

3. What's the difference between Lingxuan and Auchan A800? What are the advantages and disadvantages compared with Baojun 730?

Some potential buyers may feel uneasy about the relationship between Lingxuan and Auchan A800. Ling Xuan has a stronger home atmosphere, and its appearance and interior should be more refined. For example, the middle grille of Babylonia, the two-color interior and the central control panel with more delicate display effect have higher natural cost. Auchan A800 pays more attention to cost performance, with higher configuration, full LCD instrument, wireless charging and built-in driving recorder, which are not available in Ling Xuan.

At the same time, the sales channels of the two cars are completely different. Ling Xuan is sold together with CS75 and CS95 in Chang 'an Passenger Car Store, and A800 is the channel for Chang 'an commercial vehicles. Compared with Ling Xuan, the channel cost is higher, which is why Ling Xuan with the same configuration is more expensive.

For potential buyers, they can actually choose A800 without confusion, pursue cost performance, and choose Ling Xuan's more exquisite interior atmosphere and better service. In addition, their product functions are also very similar.

Compared with Shenche Baojun 730, Ling Xuan's greatest advantage is definitely this love letter 6AT. Mature and reliable gearbox is a scarce resource in the market at present, which is very attractive. Ling Xuan's automatic gearbox is superior to its rivals in driving experience, and AT's ride comfort and intelligence are beyond AMT's reach. Apart from this well-known selling point, I think another advantage of Ling Xuan is the indoor smell. Recently, Changan has been promoting their "odorless interior", and high-end models are equipped with air purifiers. I have touched so many new cars, including our tried-and-tested Auchan A800. I can't say that it has no taste at all. It's too exaggerated. However, compared with most self-owned brand models with a price of 654.38+10,000 yuan, Changan new car has the smallest smell within the range that people can feel through the sense of smell.

I tried the old CS75 before, and to be honest, it tastes very strong. If Changan can continue this problem, extend the standards to all models and provide test reports of invisible toxic substances, it will definitely be a good thing for American auto media and consumers who use their lungs to purify new cars all the year round.

As for the shortcomings, Lingxuan is a little less than the 730 with the same price, and the explosive power of 1.5T engine is similar, and the sales and service channels are not as wide as Bao Guang Jun. In addition, the performance of the two cars in other aspects is also very close. Baojun 730 finally won a truly equal opponent, and only competition can make progress, which is what we are happy to see.

Ling Xuan is a 7-seat MPV with balanced product strength, and its positioning as the main home market is very clear. Power and chassis are set in a comfortable direction. The entry of AI6AT will undoubtedly greatly enhance the competitiveness of Ling Xuan, but it will also bring higher costs. In the future, automobile production capacity may be limited by people.

For Changan, it should not be difficult to sell Ling Xuan well. The difficult thing is how to get rid of the dependence on Aisin 6AT in the future. For ordinary consumers, it is enough to know that this Ling Xuan equipped with Aisin 6AT is reliable.

Outstanding advantages: Aisin 6AT is mature and reliable, the power matching is perfect, the 7-seat spare space is practical, the chassis feels thick, and the new car smells little.

Short board: 1.5T is not as explosive as the opponent, and the configuration at the same price is not as rich as the opponent.
