How to shoot the sun can shoot the star effect?

How to shoot the sun to get a star-studded effect? According to my shooting experience, there are generally the following skills:

When light encounters obstacles or small holes in the propagation process, it will produce diffraction phenomenon. According to this principle, the smaller the aperture of the camera, the more obvious the diffraction phenomenon, which is what we call star glare. The smaller the aperture, the longer the exposure time, and the more obvious the star-awning effect.

shooting skills:

use a wide-angle lens of about 24MM, set the aperture to f18.-f22., and measure the light with the main scene on the ground, and reduce the exposure compensation by .5-1.EV.

According to the principle that the smaller the light source, the easier it is to produce starlight, so it is necessary to shoot with a wide-angle lens. Because only when a wide-angle lens is used can the point of the sun in the picture be smaller. As long as you master this skill, you can shoot beautiful stars at sunrise and sunset or at noon. When the area of the sun in the picture is too large, the star-awning effect will be diluted.

shooting skills:

adopt a 16-35MM wide-angle lens, set the aperture to f16.-22., and measure the light with the main scene on the ground, so as to reduce the exposure compensation by 1.-1.5EV.

Using the foreground part to block the sunlight can also obtain a beautiful star-like effect, because the sunlight encounters obstacles in the propagation process and produces diffraction phenomenon, which is basically the same as the principle of small aperture.

Shooting skills:

Use a wide-angle lens of about 24MM, choose a suitable foreground, partially block the sunlight, and measure the light with the combination of light and shade, and increase the exposure compensation by .5-1.EV.

In order to make the star-awn effect more ornamental, try to shoot with a small aperture, wide-angle lens and extension. (Original graphic/Xia Xue)
