Tianjin Media College (school code 13659), formerly known as the School of Sports Culture and Art of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education (approved by the Ministry of Education, established in 2004), is an ordinary undergraduate college with the main orientation of cultivating cultural, artistic and media talents in China. In February, 20021year, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the consent of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, it was transformed into Tianjin Media College.

According to the national enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities, the school enrolls students nationwide, with 22 undergraduate majors, covering arts, literature, management, education, engineering and other disciplines, with more than 8 100 students.

The school consists of eight colleges and two departments: Conservatory of Music, Dance Academy, Drama Academy, Film and Television Academy, broadcasting and hosting College, Animation and Digital Media College, School of Journalism and Cultural Communication, College of Continuing Education, Department of Ideological and Political Theory and Department of Basic Courses. Article 4? The school shall set up an Admissions Committee, which shall be fully responsible for the enrollment work of the school, formulate enrollment policies and plans, and discuss and decide on major enrollment matters. Article 6? According to the development plan, school conditions, subject development, student source status and social needs, the school has formulated the enrollment plans of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in 2022. According to the specific enrollment majors and enrollment numbers approved by the Ministry of Education, it shall be submitted to the enrollment offices of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government within the specified time and announced to the public. The enrollment scale by province and specialty shall be subject to the enrollment plan published by the relevant provincial (city) admissions office, and the number of reserved plans shall not exceed 1% of the undergraduate enrollment plan of the school. The use of reservation plan is based on the basic principle of reasonably and effectively adjusting the imbalance of online students.

Article 7? According to the regulations, students need to pay tuition, accommodation and other related expenses. Tuition fees for art majors are 24,000 yuan per student (including 22,000 yuan for dance majors, drama, film and television art design, drama, film and television literature, visual communication design and public art, and 26,000 yuan for recording arts and animation); Every student of general major 18000 yuan per academic year. The accommodation fee for students' apartments in our school is 3800 yuan/year per student. If the government adjusts the tuition and accommodation standards of the current year, the standards approved by the government will be implemented.

Article 8? The admission policy formulated by the Ministry of Education and the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, as well as the relevant provisions published in the articles of association, are implemented in our college, and the principle of "comprehensive examination of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and merit-based admission" is implemented, so that admission is fair, just and open. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, candidates and all sectors of society.

Article 9? For the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government that implement "sequential volunteering", our college gives priority to candidates who apply for our college as the first choice. If the file of the first volunteer candidate is less than the local enrollment plan of our college, the second volunteer candidate will be admitted, and so on. The provinces that implement parallel volunteer shall implement the admission regulations and principles of the admissions departments of the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the candidates are located.

Article 10? Professional volunteer admission is based on the principle of giving priority to candidates' total scores (including policy bonus points), that is, queuing from high scores to low scores, and then enrolling in the order of professional volunteers reported by candidates. If the candidate's volunteering is not accepted, those who obey the professional adjustment will be transferred to the corresponding unfinished major according to the score; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. There is no grade difference among professional volunteers. If the admission principle conflicts with the admission regulations of the admissions department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where the candidate is located, the admission regulations of the admissions department where the candidate is located shall prevail.

Article 11? Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hunan, Guangdong and other provinces and cities that have implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the enrollment work is carried out in accordance with the reform plans and related measures announced by the provinces. Candidates from provinces and cities in the pilot reform of college entrance examination must meet the requirements of our school. When the results of filing are the same, professional admission will be conducted according to the same sorting rules determined by provinces and cities. The comprehensive quality evaluation information of candidates will be used for independent enrollment evaluation.

Article 12? After the candidates of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are enrolled, the principle of major admission is "within the scope of enrollment plan 1: 1, sorted by major or category".

Article 13 The admission of art majors is based on the professional test scores when the professional and cultural test scores reach the corresponding scores stipulated by the educational examination institutions where the candidates are registered. Under the same professional achievement, candidates with excellent cultural examination results will be given priority. In the case of the same scores of culture and major, compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language in turn, and those with excellent grades are preferred. If the admission principle conflicts with the admission regulations of the admissions department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where the candidate is located, the admission regulations of the admissions department where the candidate is located shall prevail.

Article 18? According to the national enrollment regulations, freshmen should hold the admission notice and go through the admission formalities at the school according to the relevant requirements and the prescribed time limit. Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. Students who are enlisted in the army should go through the formalities of retaining their admission qualifications within the specified time.
