The object of shooting is the glass pot cover, but no matter how it is adjusted, it will reflect the surrounding things and produce bright spots.

I've photographed still life in this field before, so I'll summarize the following points:

The first method: I think the side lights of glass products look good, just two lights on the side and the back! The environment should be dark!

The second method: put the glass product on the transparent glass and light it directly below (from bottom to top).

The third method: Because glassware is transparent or translucent, its surface is smooth and easy to reflect light, indirect illumination is generally used instead of direct illumination when it is used. You can shine light on some bright reflecting surfaces, and then reflect the light to the object to be photographed through the reflecting surfaces. You can also put the glassware in front of a flat background, and the light shines on the background, and the reflected light from the soft background is the only light source to illuminate the glassware. In this light condition, the glass does not reflect light. It can show the dark outline and transparent texture of glassware.
