5. Qualification review

6. Examination Method

Select the examination method according to the number of applicants.

If the number of applicants exceeds the number of positions by three times, a written test will be organized and the candidates for interview will be determined based on the number of positions at a ratio of 1:3.

If the number of applicants does not exceed 3 times the number of positions, interviews will be conducted directly.

When the interview is conducted directly, the top 40 will be selected based on the interview scores; if the written test and interview are conducted at the same time, the final score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%, and the top 40 will be selected based on the final score. . In the event of a tie for the last one, priority will be given to those who have been lifted out of poverty, those from zero-employment families, those with subsistence allowances and those with disabilities who have difficulty finding employment.

7. Public announcement

The personnel to be hired for public welfare positions will be publicized on the website of Handan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The publicity period will be 5 days. Those who have no objection to the publicity will , officially hired.

8. Job benefits and employment period

Job benefits. Personnel employed in public welfare positions will be provided with job subsidies and social insurance subsidies in accordance with regulations. In principle, the job subsidy standard is not higher than the local minimum wage standard; social insurance subsidies include basic pension insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums, unemployment insurance premiums, and work-related injury insurance premiums paid by the employer.

Term of employment. The service period for public welfare positions shall not exceed 3 years, and those who are less than 5 years away from retirement age at the time of employment may be extended until retirement.
