Can I help prisoners extend their driver's licenses?

1. If the driver's license expires during the prison term, the driver of the motor vehicle may entrust an agent to replace, reissue, submit a physical condition certificate, postpone or cancel the business.

3. If an agent applies for the motor vehicle driver's license business, it shall submit the identity certificate of the agent and the application form or physical condition certificate jointly signed by the motor vehicle driver and the agent.
