Now TestFlight can be tested by entering the redemption code redempt.

/kloc-Since September of 0/5, TestFlight has started to support the direct input of redemption codes in the app to start testing applications.

Just click [Redeem] in the above figure, and then enter the redemption code to perform the beta test of the application.

Previously, only the user's mailbox could be added in the connect background to join the test plan, and then the user would open the invitation link in the mailbox on the mobile phone and jump to testflight. According to my previous experience of inviting hundreds of users, such a path has two more complicated places:

Below is the internal test page I saw on QQ mailbox.

It is undoubtedly much more convenient to enter the exchange code directly now. So how do you get the invitation code for your application?

Clicking the Start Test button in the invitation email will jump to a webpage where you can see the redemption code. The following figure

After my test, this redemption code can only be used once. If this redemption code has been used once, the second mobile phone will be invalid if it is entered again.

If you delete the account that receives the invitation email in the background of the connection, this invitation code will no longer be valid. Even if you re-add the user email with the same address. In order to obtain the device information of each test user separately, each redemption code can only be used once.

So, I can only use stupid methods:

Manually enter a bunch of mailboxes in the background to receive the exchange code. Then communicate with the internal test users separately and issue the exchange code.

Here's a little lesson: if the beta users are high enough, they have a good connection with you. Beta testing only needs dozens of people. A week's internal test can cover most commonly used functions. If you have a close relationship with them, all bugs will be directly fed back in the first time. Basically, there will be no catastrophic bugs when the app goes online. Small companies cannot maintain a beta user base of hundreds of people.
