Introduction of 2023 5G Base Station Award and Compensation Policy Notice

According to the requirements of the Notice of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Policy List (First Batch) of "Promoting Economic Consolidation and Accelerating Green, Low-carbon and High-quality Development" in 2024 (Lu [2023]13, hereinafter referred to as the "First Batch of Policy List") and the Management Measures and Implementation Rules for Digital Transformation Funds of Industrial Internet Manufacturing in Shandong Province (Trial), relevant matters are hereby notified.

I. Contents of the statement

The content of this application is a new 5G base station built in 2023. These base stations need to be opened from June 65438+1 October1day in 2023 to February 3 1 day in 2023, and carry out innovative applications in vertical fields such as intelligent manufacturing, intelligent transportation, intelligent hub, intelligent medical care, urban management, intelligent people's livelihood and intelligent education. In addition, the average daily traffic of these base stations needs to exceed 30GB.

Second, the reporting requirements

1. The applicant must be the basic telecom operator Shandong Company (or Shandong Branch).

2. The declared 5G base station must meet the above-mentioned opening time and application requirements, and the daily average traffic should exceed the specified value.

3. For a single telecom operator or a joint venture that adopts the mode of co-construction and sharing, the maximum subsidy is150,000 yuan. It should be noted that a single enterprise may not declare independently and jointly at the same time.

Third, the declaration procedure.

1. Relevant telecom operators are requested to submit the Application for New Base Stations for Innovative Applications of 5G in triplicate (see the annex, including the list of new base stations for innovative applications of 5G), and submit them to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology together with the electronic CD.

2, the Provincial Department of industry and information technology in conjunction with the Provincial Communications Administration to carry out the application materials audit work.

(1) By consulting the statistical report of the information and communication industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, preliminarily review the application for new base stations for innovative applications of 5G and the list of new base stations for innovative applications of 5G submitted by basic telecom operators.

(2) Entrust a third-party organization to review the new 5G base station declared for opening.

(3) According to the audit results, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, jointly with the Provincial Communications Administration, put forward opinions on the allocation of funds. After the approval of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance will issue rewards and subsidies according to the procedures.

Fourth, other matters needing attention

1. The reward and compensation policies of 5G base stations in different regions may be different. For example, the policies of Wuhu City and Qingdao City are different from those of Shandong Province. Therefore, please be sure to know the local policies and regulations carefully before you declare.

2, for the authenticity and integrity of the application materials, the reporting unit shall bear full responsibility. If violations such as false declarations are found, corresponding penalties will be imposed.
