How to evaluate the film Pinocchio?

Pinocchio is a film suitable for children. Director matteo garrone weakened the dark plot in the original work and made the story have a more common emotional voice.

In this film, roberto benigni's unique and simple interpretation of Goberto is enough for the audience to feel the pure care of the father for his children. When he found that the puppet had life, he conveyed the joy beyond the emotion given by the fairy tale itself.

Mark Coulier, a makeup artist, once again proved her talent through imaginative creativity in this film. He skillfully designed Pinocchio with sparkling eyes and a hardwood face, which added persuasiveness to the image of half man and half puppet. Under the lens of photographer Nicola bruehl, both the golden wheat in Tuscany and the green olive trees in Puglia fully show the beauty of Italy.

The old man named Geppetto (roberto benigni) carved a crying and laughing puppet out of a piece of wood. He took the puppet that gained life as his son and named it Pinocchio (Federico Ipadi). Geppetto sold his coat in exchange for textbooks for Pi Nuo to study.

However, Pi Nuo was very interested in playing. In order to see the puppet show, he did not hesitate to sell his textbooks. Pi Nuo Qi got five gold coins from Mangia Foucault (Gigi Proietti), the owner of the puppet theater, but on his way home, he was cheated away by the fox (rocco papaleo) and the cat (Massimo Qi Corini).

Soon after, under the guidance of the little fairy (marion Vaz), Pi Nuo wanted to be a good boy who studied hard, but he couldn't stand the temptation and was lured to play in the countryside under the encouragement of his bad classmates. After playing wildly for a while, Pi Nuo Qi became a lazy and stupid donkey.

Later, Pi Nuo Qi was swallowed by a shark. He and Goberto met unexpectedly in the shark's belly and managed to escape. They lived by the sea, and Pi Nuo Qi became a real child with the help of a fairy.
