First, the time schedule and examination area setting

20 1 1 The annual first-class constructor qualification examination is scheduled for September 24th and 25th. Our city has set up a test center.

Second, the discipline setting and management mode

The first-level constructor qualification examination consists of four subjects: construction engineering economics, construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge, construction engineering project management, and professional engineering management and practice, among which professional engineering management and practice includes 10 sub-major.

The results of the first-class constructor qualification examination shall be managed in a rolling way for two years, and the participants must pass all the examination subjects in two consecutive examination years before they can obtain the qualification certificate.

"First-class constructor's corresponding professional examination" is a separate examination, which is managed in a non-rolling form. Applicants must provide a first-class constructor qualification certificate before entering the examination.

Third, questions and answering methods

Construction engineering economics, construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge, and construction engineering project management are objective questions, which are answered on the general answer sheet. "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (10 Professional) is a mixed volume of objective questions, which is answered on a special answer sheet.

Candidates can bring black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser, calculator with silent text editing function and other stationery when taking the exam, and other items should be placed in the designated place in the examination room. Draft papers are available in the examination room, and candidates can collect them after the examination.

1. Obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.

3. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.

4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year.

5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year.

(II) The personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate of the first-class construction engineer may, according to the actual work needs, choose the corresponding major in the subject of "Professional Engineering Management and Practice", sign up for the examination, and issue the corresponding professional qualification certificate issued by the state after passing the examination as the basis for increasing the professional category when signing up.

Applicants should learn and be familiar with the Regulations on Disciplinary Handling of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (OrderNo. 12 of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China) issued on March 5, 20/2000. According to the "Regulations on Disciplinary Treatment of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination", candidates who have participated in personnel examinations in previous years and have serious violations of discipline may not sign up for this examination for less than 2 years from the date of violation of discipline. (4) Admission ticket collection.
