Clearly pointing out the dominant position of finger, wrist and arm in the shooting process can help beginners to concentrate more, complete the shooting action more pertinently and improve the shooting effect. Of course, in the case of poor arm strength or long shooting distance, the active cooperation of waist, abdomen and lower limbs is also very important, which has a very significant compensation efficiency for shooting height and distance. Therefore, when beginners learn to shoot, the teacher should point out that the order of exertion is from the fingers and wrists, the adjustment of arms and the active cooperation of waist, abdomen and lower limbs to complete the shooting action.
