How to choose a SLR camera

There are many parameters of SLR cameras, and parameters alone cannot reflect the problem.

For example, as an important parameter to distinguish between low-end and high-end: continuous shooting, ordinary users simply don't use more than four continuous shooting per second, while the function of six continuous shooting cameras in the middle-end camera is almost twice that of the low-end. Does it make sense?

As can be seen from the above example, what kind of SLR camera you choose depends on your needs, not the parameters. Parameters are dead, but everyone's needs are ever-changing and alive.

For us ordinary consumers, the biggest problem is that we have not been exposed to SLR, so our needs are not very clear, or the needs are very complicated. It's best to shoot people and parties, anything, anything.

SLR is a professional field. Compared with ordinary small DC, it is better than small DC in every respect except price, size and weight. Therefore, if it is only relative DC, the worst SLR can also meet your requirements. Other functions, we take continuous shooting as an example. If you don't have a clear demand, you just want to be a little ahead, so you can use it in the future. Then I suggest you don't go down, because digital products go down every day. When you need it, this function may already be available on the low-end machine, so you can enjoy it without spending so much money.

Having said that, I'll give you a suggestion directly: you can buy an entry-level model kit from Nikon or Canon, such as Nikon D3100+18-105 or Canon 550D+ 17-85.

The prices are all in line with your budget.

Because Nikon and Canon are the two largest SLR manufacturers in the world, SLR is a system with many lens accessories. If you choose these two companies, lenses and accessories will be well matched and convenient, and the second-hand market is also the most active.

The reason why you choose entry-level products is because such investment is the best when you don't fully understand the needs. After you use it, I believe you will have your own experience and needs. When you buy according to your own needs, you won't follow suit.

Many websites and comments in China are full of advertisements (hidden, often evaluated and used feeling posts), and most of the comments inside are subjective. For example, this lens is rubbish, the imaging is bad, and that lens is the mirror emperor. Once it wants nothing more, it looks very different on the surface, but how much is it? It may be less than 5%, so I often see different comments on good and bad, which makes people very confused. So there is no need to spend too much time on this information.

Most professional photographers choose Canon and Nikon, and of course some choose other brands. This is limited to 135 system, because many professional photographers use medium format or even large format.

Portrait photography, 135 system uses Canon's 1 DSMARKIIII, Nikon's D3x and D3s, the top fixed focus 35/85 is used for lens posing, and 70-200 2.8 is used for snapshot.

Finally, I will give you some common concepts and terms of SLR cameras for your reference:
