1. Land compensation fee for requisitioned cultivated land: six to ten times the average annual output value of the cultivated land in the three years before requisition.

2. Land compensation fee for agricultural land and construction land other than cultivated land: five to eight times the average annual output value of cultivated land in the township (town) where the land is located in the first three years.
