Brief introduction of Mo Zhai.

Mo Zhai (194 1-2009), male, Han nationality, formerly known as Zhai and Zhai, a tough-guy freshman, was born in Xuchang, Henan Province in June, 194 1. 1963 graduated from Chinese Department of Zhengzhou University. 198 1 Graduated from graduate department Fine Arts Department of China Academy of Fine Arts at the beginning of the year, and was the first master's student of Mr. Wang Chaowen (grade 1978). Engaged in aesthetics, fine arts and design research, his original theoretical achievements include Creation Theory and New Aesthetic System (covering: aesthetics rebirth theory, art adaptation theory, children's painting Tianyuan theory, photography multi-instantaneity theory, design innovation theory and civilization integration theory).

Published books 18; Published nearly a thousand papers; Editor-in-chief of more than 70 books of 7 kinds. Participated in the national key projects "Encyclopedia of China Art Volume" and "General History of China Art" and served as the editor-in-chief of the national project "The Thought of Human Design".

He used to be the deputy editor-in-chief of China Art Newspaper and Art Observation, and the director of the Art Theory Research Office of the Institute of Fine Arts of China Academy of Art.. With rich theoretical achievements and unique critical practice, he became an art theorist and critic with extensive influence. His works have won many national awards such as the National Excellent Art Book Award and the Literary Criticism Award of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Biographies have been selected into various dictionaries, such as Who's Who in China Culture, Cambridge Dictionary of International Biography and Overview of American International Celebrities.

At 2: 50pm on July 26th, 2009, Mr Mo Zhai passed away in Beijing at the age of 68.
