How to set aperture and shutter with exposure meter?

For portraits, adjust the exposure meter to the position of the flash, then adjust the shutter speed of the exposure meter to be consistent with the camera, then measure the light at the tip of the subject's nose, and set the camera according to the value measured by the exposure meter. As long as the exposure meter is adjusted to the position where the sun shines on the external wall, the rest are similar.
