As for how the photo was taken, this photo was probably taken with a single light. At most, an external flash and a reflector were added.

The spotlight shoots out parallel from the feet on the upper left (pay attention to the shadow under MT's feet, how long it is), and then there is a white reflector on the right, and an external flash is used to focus on the air (never point it at people). That's OK. There's nothing technical about it, so don't think too complicated.

As for the color tone, the channel mixing function can be adjusted through PS software. You have to experiment with the specific method, and I can’t tell you clearly.
