On the same day, the promotion meeting of Zhumadian rural housing real estate registration project was held in the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, and the "Real Estate Ownership Certificate" was issued to 10 villagers on the spot. What caught the villagers' attention was that this property certificate also showed a three-dimensional real-life photo of his house.

Reportedly, this is the first batch of "certificate of immovable property rights" in Henan Province, which presents a three-dimensional color map of rural real estate based on the new surveying and mapping technology of "tilt photogrammetry+true three-dimensional". From then on, rural houses and homesteads in Henan will get color "ID cards" one by one.

Liu Jibao, a member of the party group of Henan Provincial Department of Natural Resources and director of the Provincial Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information, said that Zhumadian City's innovative introduction of new surveying and mapping technology to serve the rural real estate ownership survey can systematically solve the problems of asymmetric real estate information and difficult field verification in rural housing real estate registration, and effectively improve the shortcomings of traditional real estate ownership survey, such as low efficiency, dense houses and single data results.
