Yang Zaichun,/kloc-0, born in August 1943, Tangshan, Hebei, is a famous calligrapher, calligrapher and photographer in China, one of the founders of China Calligraphers Association, an expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council, a professor at Beijing Sport University, the executive vice president (party secretary) of Beijing Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute, the deputy director-general of China Photography Copyright Association, and the former president and editor-in-chief of Beijing Sport University Press.
