Reflections on the Teaching of Ancient Poetry Writing
Chapter 1: Reflection on Ancient Poetry and Writing Teaching This quatrain was written by Du Fu while living in Huanhuaxihu, Chengdu. * * * wrote four quatrains, this poem is the third one, describing the spring scenery in front of hutong. This poem consists of two neat antitheses. The first two sentences, "Two orioles singing green willows and a row of egrets flying into the sky", are about moving scenery. In front of the hall, orioles sing among the green willows, and get a close look; Egrets fly into the sky, which is a kind of vision. The pictures of these scenes are colorful: yellow birds, green willows, snow-white egrets and blue sky, and the four colors are impressive. Not only the color, but also the sound, coupled with Ying Ge's euphemistic singing, is really a vibrant and beautiful scene.
The last two sentences, "The window contains the autumn snow in Xiling, and the boating gate in Wan Li, Wu Dong", describe the static scenery. The two verbs in the first two sentences are "Ming" and "Shang", and the last two sentences are "Han" and "Bo", which are dynamic and static. The third sentence is about the snow in Xiling, which is a prospect. The word "Han" is personified, which is very appropriate and vivid; "Qian Qiu" points out a long time and shows its tranquility. The fourth sentence says that the boat in front of the door is close-up. "Berthing", berthing, contains movement in silence; "Wan Li" indicates the distance of the road. Every sentence of this poem contains a scene, in which the moving scene, the static scene, the close-up scene and the long-range scene alternately reflect each other, forming a colorful, beautiful and peaceful picture scroll, which is refreshing and never tires of reading. I also like this poem very much. The rising star of this month chose this poem, but I found many shortcomings. The whole teaching design is unreasonable, the reading guidance is not in place and the interaction is not good. It's embarrassing to say, before this class, I once heard it from other teachers in this class. When she was listening, I was also thinking about how I would handle this link and how I should handle it. I also discussed with the master how to deal with some links and how to design them, but I found that I didn't think enough in class and didn't read the text carefully.
In the design of reading link, the level of reading is not handled carefully. Guiding students to read and recite ancient poems with emotion is the focus of ancient poetry teaching. Therefore, the teaching process of reading aloud should be reflected in the classroom. In this class, I also paid attention to the reading of ancient poems and designed a lot of reading, but I didn't give good guidance in the specific class process. By the end of the class, the students had read quite well and learned to recite. But I suggest that students draw a rhythm and read according to the rhythm, which goes back to shallow reading. By the time the class was over, the students had understood the meaning of the poem. Reading aloud should be a deep-seated guidance, so that students can read aloud with emotion on the basis of understanding poetry, rather than just reading aloud according to the rhythm. In the "first reading" session, my requirements are too high. When I first started reading, I put forward the idea of thinking about poetry while reading. The question I asked was too broad and lacked pertinence. In fact, "poetry is not a heartless thing, say it every word." If students really understand the meaning of the poem and feel the poet's feelings, it is not a problem to break sentences. Therefore, in the future teaching, I will also make more efforts on the level of reading aloud.
When I understood the poem, I blushed when I said it, and I didn't fully understand the meaning of "Soochow" As a result, I asked the students again and again, and I didn't give a clear answer to the students' answers. Also, when comparing which word "flying" and "rushing" is used well, students are guided to understand "rushing" through gestures, and the word "rushing" points out the direction and students understand it. However, when instructing reading aloud, I asked the students to simply read the poem by flying, which misled the students, or stayed in the understanding of "flying" instead of "rushing". Originally, I wanted to enliven the classroom atmosphere and deepen students' understanding, but it turned out to be a failure of this class. In class, there was a good opportunity for interaction, which I failed to seize in time. After reading the poem, a student said it was well written and used couplets. My first reaction is that this student is wrong and should be opposite. In fact, now that I think about it, what the students wanted to express at that time was antithesis, but they just didn't know how to say it. At that time, as soon as I guided them, the students immediately understood and were able to find out the antithesis in the poem. Because of my ignorance, I lost the opportunity to interact with students. In today's teaching, we should study more textbooks, interpret them accurately, grasp the essentials, actively develop relevant curriculum resources and constantly improve our professional quality.
The background of the times should not be presented in time. In my teaching design, the background information of Du Fu's "Jueju" was put in after understanding the meaning of the poem, and then the background of this poem was described when it was unfolded, with the aim of guiding students to read aloud with emotion while understanding the poem and learn to write another "Jueju". But the effect is not good, and the students' response is average. It seems that only when teachers choose the best opportunity to help students understand the language can they achieve the best results. In this class, my blackboard writing was not presented at the best time. Writing on the blackboard should be the essence of every text. I wrote it when the students were reading aloud. I didn't make good use of blackboard writing. Writing on the blackboard should not be written for completion, but should help students learn. This poem is also suitable to use blackboard writing to help students better understand the meaning and writing of this poem. The design was not considered reasonably and thoroughly.
In the teaching of this course, in addition to the above points, there are still many shortcomings. For example, it is not convenient to listen carefully to students' answers, it is not convenient to respond in time, and it is not easy to listen to students. Chalk characters also need to spend more time and energy to practice hard; Not knowing enough about students' academic situation; Teaching time should also be mastered and allocated reasonably; The language is not strong enough, the rendering atmosphere is not in place, and students are not allowed to devote themselves to the text to the maximum extent, which weakens the humanity of Chinese teaching.
Bacon said, "Reading poetry makes people witty." As Chinese teachers, our goal is to make students fall in love with ancient poetry! In the future work, we should constantly hone our basic teaching skills, study hard, learn from experienced teachers with an open mind, and be diligent in asking questions, hoping to constantly learn and enrich ourselves and reach the application state of the master. There is no end to learning, keep on cheering!
Chapter two: Reflection on the teaching of ancient poetry and writing. The teaching of ancient poetry is always boring to me. I can't prepare lessons and feel that there is nothing to talk about in class. Every class of ancient poetry is the teacher's concentrated teaching. I always feel that this kind of article is far from the real life of students and the content is monotonous. I told the students myself, and the students memorized it. I have a new understanding of ancient poetry teaching after reading the chapter "Teaching Ancient Poetry" in "Let Students Be Little Masters of Chinese Class". This paper comprehensively and systematically expounds the teaching methods of ancient poetry and the learning methods of students' autonomous learning from three aspects: cultivating students' translation ability, understanding ability and summarizing and improving. The classic theory, vivid cases and specific guidance in the article are like a street lamp, which makes me suddenly enlightened. Re-examining the teaching of ancient poetry has given me new feelings and ideas.
First, we must improve the teaching methods when learning ancient poems.
1, advocating not seeking extraordinary solutions.
The words used in ancient poems are concise and profound. Primary school students learn ancient poems by accumulating them, from which they can feel and cultivate their sense of language. Pupils have poor comprehension ability, but they have a particularly strong memory. Therefore, in learning, the focus is on reading, not "understanding", and the teacher focuses on guiding, not "speaking" in class. Students may not understand the back accurately, but they are deeply imprinted in their minds and benefit for life.
2. Carry out various activities.
Ancient poetry has the characteristics of beauty in sound, meaning and form. In teaching, various lively learning activities are carried out according to the age characteristics of children. For example, organize students to perform, draw and rewrite according to poems. And "live" the pictures in the poem and the poet's feelings in the students' minds. Poetry recitation competitions can also be held regularly to enhance the understanding of poetry and cultivate students' interest in learning.
3. Encourage students to imitate writing.
The "imitation writing" here is not to let students write ancient poems, but to encourage students to try to write poems when they are eager to try. Ancient poems pay attention to format and rhythm, which are catchy to read, and students are curious and willing to imitate. It can guide students to write down what they see, hear and think in life and imitate poets, which plays a very important role in stimulating students' interest in writing and improving their writing ability.
Second, ancient poetry is a good teaching material for Chinese teaching.
By studying the contents of this chapter, I deeply realized from The New Taste of Poetry that the classics of ancient poetry are the concentrated expression of the author's keen observation, rich imagination and superb language expression ability. Therefore, it is undoubtedly a good writing example for students to learn these ancient poems.
1, learn to observe
For example, the phrase "When viewed from the side of the mountain, the peaks are different in distance" in Xilin = Wall is the poet's intuitive feeling when observing Lushan Mountain. "Looking horizontally", Lushan Mountain is a rolling mountain; Looking sideways, Lushan Mountain has become a tall and straight mountain peak. "Far", "near", "high" and "low" all refer to the change of the poet's observation angle, while "different" is a general description of Lushan Mountain. The poet not only wrote the outstanding features of Lushan Mountain from different observation points, but also put forward a principle of understanding things from a philosophical point of view: to understand and master the truth and essence of things, we must get rid of the one-sidedness limited to one time and one place. In the future, I can make students realize that observing things should not only be meticulous, but also thinking while watching, so as to better grasp the characteristics of things in writing.
Step 2 learn to imagine
Innovation comes from imagination. Learning imagination in ancient poetry can cultivate students' innovative ability and improve their writing level. For example, "Flying down three thousands of feet, it is suspected that the Milky Way has set for nine days". With rich imagination and bold exaggeration, the author highlights the height and majesty of the waterfall, which makes people regret it. Learning such ancient poems can make students realize the novelty, ingenuity, rich imagination and profound artistic conception of ancient poets, which can not only improve students' aesthetic ability, but also play a positive role in enriching their imagination, stimulating their exploration spirit and cultivating their innovative consciousness.
Step 3 learn a language
The language of ancient poetry is concise, implicit and beautiful, which is a model for students to learn the language of the motherland. For example, the word "green" in Wang Anshi's Spring Breeze and Green Jiang Nanan has always been praised. It is also logical to change this word into "Lai", "Dao", "Ru", "Guo" and "Man", but it is not as tangible and colorful as the word "green". "Green" is about the colorful spring breeze, which dyed the south of the Yangtze River green, giving people a vivid sense of image, making people seem to see the vivid scene of fine grass covering the riverbank and everything competing for spring. Guiding students to understand the poet's careful choice and design of words will undoubtedly be of great help and inspiration to their compositions.
Thirdly, ancient poetry is the starting point of moral education.
1. Educate students in patriotism by studying ancient poems.
Refined ancient poetry is not only the crystallization of the poet's talent, but also the embodiment of his lofty aspirations. Among the famous poets in Tang and Song Dynasties, there are Xin Qiji and Wang Wei who are determined to fight for the country. Du Fu and Lu You who are concerned about the country and the people; Is there Li Bai Su Shi who despises powerful people? Their works are full of noble sentiments and patriotic feelings. Lu You, a poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, wrote the poem "Xiuer" before he died: "I didn't know everything was empty until I died, but I looked at Kyushu sadly. Julian Waghann set the Central Plains in the north, and there is no hope for family sacrifices. " In just eight words, the poet's confidence in the cause of the war of resistance against Japan and his ardent patriotic feelings are all moving after reading it. The poet's concern for the country and the people is exactly what the moral education of modern primary school students needs to strengthen. Guiding students to learn these poems has undoubtedly planted patriotic roots in students' hearts and injected the soul of the nation.
2. Cultivate students' aesthetic taste by learning ancient poems.
Ancient poetry is a kind of high-grade spiritual culture. It is of great significance to purify students' minds, improve their taste and cultivate their aesthetic ability. China culture has always advocated the beauty of sublimity, elegance and cleanliness, and ancient poetry has also injected this awareness of respecting purity. "Don't let people praise the color, leaving only the dry Kun in the air." "Don't be afraid to be smashed into pieces and remain innocent in the world." The poet expresses his feelings through things, showing his firm ambition and praising his noble character. Guiding students to read such poems provides them with a way to get rid of the bad influence of vulgar culture and further improve their aesthetic level.
In a word, I want to fully learn from the teaching methods and learning methods in the Teaching of Ancient Poetry in the future, closely follow the spirit of Chinese curriculum standards, and strive to make the whole classroom atmosphere active, books loud, students fully read, speak and write, truly take students as the main body, let students become the masters of learning, learn to read and write, improve their learning ability, and make the teaching of ancient poetry lively and interesting.
Chapter Three: Reflection on Ancient Poems and Writing Teaching I have always found ancient poems difficult. It's really difficult to dig out and unfold a few short poems for students to experience and feel. Usually, we seldom hear the open class of ancient poetry. We only know that under the requirements of the new curriculum standard, we should give full play to students' initiative and creativity, cultivate students' ability and imagination to read ancient poems, deepen their understanding and sentiment, gain ideological enlightenment, and let students really enjoy aesthetic pleasure. The course of ancient poetry under the new curriculum does not advocate word-for-word translation of the original text, but requires students to feel independently on the basis of reading aloud, so as to achieve seamless teaching effect. After all, it's really hard to do.
In a seminar, I originally wanted to choose a reading text, but since ancient poetry is a style that I have been puzzled about how to teach, I might as well choose ancient poetry, which is also a good opportunity to learn and improve myself. After listening to my class, all the teachers affirmed some aspects, which made me move from theory to practice, and also had certain goals for the teaching of ancient poetry. In particular, everyone pointed out some shortcomings in teaching, which benefited me a lot.
First of all, let me know that the design of every teaching link should serve my own teaching. When I began to import the ancient poem "Shandong Brothers on a Mountain Holiday" in class, I imported it in the form of pictures, and then introduced the author and writing background of this ancient poem. This poem is mainly to let students feel the poet's loneliness in a foreign land.
Understand Wang Wei's feelings of missing his relatives in his hometown. In the introduction, although I introduced that the Double Ninth Festival is a day for family reunion, families should get together to climb mountains, drink chrysanthemum wine, enjoy chrysanthemums and wear dogwood. However, in this respect, I only talked about it a little. If I can let the students know such a scene by pictures or other forms, I will unconsciously pave the way for the later teaching, and also let the students better understand Wang Wei's feeling of "missing his relatives at every festival".
Secondly, students' understanding of poetry has been at a shallow level, and I have not correctly guided them to dig deeper, so that students do not fully understand poetry and the reading effect is not as good as I expected. From knowing the background, problems, poems, etc. I take students as the main body, but I don't consider that the needs in children's hearts are not only superficial. Children can generally understand some key words in poems, such as "independence", "difference", "times", "distance" and "missing someone". But as the teachers put it, how far is "remote"? At this time, students can feel the distance through the map, so as to better perceive Wang Wei's loneliness and loneliness in those years when he left home. Who is "one less person"? If you are a relative of the author, what do you want to say to him? These questions can help students better understand poetry and feelings in class.
Through this seminar, I also learned some skills of teaching ancient poetry. Ancient poetry focuses on reading, especially for junior three students, who have not been able to analyze poetry at once. So let students know the rhythm of ancient poetry first. On the basis of reading more, students will feel their own feelings. Only when they really feel the feelings can they read the feelings in the poems and the charm of ancient poems. I think "read it a hundred times and see what it means" is the truth. For young teachers like us, we should strengthen our own learning. In the study and practice, constantly strengthen their own self-cultivation in all aspects. There is still a long way to go, so we should gain something in the process of walking and keep growing.
Chapter Four: Reflections on Ancient Poetry and Writing Teaching "Going to the Garden is Worthless" is the work of Ye Shaoweng, a poet in the Song Dynasty. The poet uses the red apricots outside the wall to render the spring scenery of the garden, which is ingenious and intriguing. Before teaching, I carefully read the teaching reference and lesson preparation manual, and also studied this poem. It is found that there are two different interpretations of "should be pitiful" in poetry and "should be" in Moss. One is probably, and the other is supposed to be. In the office, we discussed which one is more suitable to be associated with the whole poem. Everyone thought it was probably reasonable, so they explained the whole poem logically. In teaching, students also interpret "should be roughly". But I think our discussion before class is also very meaningful. On the one hand, we can better grasp the teaching materials, on the other hand, we can make ourselves fully prepared for teaching and not think about it after this problem occurs.
Xugongdian in Xincheng is an ancient poem by Yang Wanli, a poet in Song Dynasty, which describes the pastoral scenery and the vivid scene of children chasing butterflies by vegetable fields. The content of the poem is easy to understand, so I asked the students to read it carefully and look at the pictures to exchange the main idea of the poem. The students quickly grasped the general idea of ancient poetry, but the beautiful artistic conception in the poem has not been appreciated. So, I asked my classmates to imagine pictures and communicate in groups, and the classroom atmosphere became active. So, please tell me what you see. You say a word, I say a word. The students described the scenery in spring wonderfully, and the scene of children chasing butterflies was lively and interesting.
A student wrote: deep and long path, winding; The fence in the country is sparse. Green tiles, snow-white walls and endless rape blossoms smile brightly in the sun. Beautiful countryside is always so charming and desirable. It is still spring, and there are always birds in the blue sky. It is often seen that a bird or a group of birds cross and sway in the air. The golden sunshine is not idle. Oh, you see, that big tree with withered flowers and small green leaves has not turned into a green umbrella. This time, it was very excited, swishing through the green leaves like a sword, and came to the earth to play with flowers and plants. How beautiful! Even the little butterfly was intoxicated and couldn't help dancing. What a beautiful butterfly! The children saw it and ran after it. Ha! Now the yellow butterfly will play hide-and-seek with the children again. It hid in the tree head for a while, and then landed on the fence, but unfortunately, it could not escape the children's eyes anyway. Hey, I got it! It plunged into the cauliflower, and suddenly, it became a cauliflower blooming in the bright sunshine. The children were dumbfounded. Where did this butterfly go? They looked everywhere, but they couldn't find it anywhere.
Ancient poetry, just a few dozen words, contains the author's feelings and thoughts. If teaching is only a literal understanding, then students will certainly not feel the profound connotation of ancient poetry. In the future, I will pay more attention to the feeling of artistic conception in the teaching of ancient poetry, let children's imagination fly and let them fully feel the mystery of China's language and writing.
