3. Cordyceps wild duck soup
Materials:
Half a wild duck, Cordyceps sinensis10g, dried jujube10g, dried yam 50g, and proper amount of salt and ginger.
Exercise:
(1) Clean the wild ducks, cut them into small pieces, soak them in boiling water, remove the blood and take them out;
(2) Soaking Cordyceps sinensis, red dates and Chinese yam in clear water, and slicing ginger;
