9. Summarize and improve. After the inspection work is completed, the quality monthly activity summary meeting shall timely report the activities and results, sum up the experience and put forward the next work requirements, so as to promote the improvement of the project quality and realize the work goal of "building high-quality projects and creating brand projects".
