How to formulate the articles of association of fine arts, calligraphy and photography for grass-roots trade union workers?

Art, Calligraphy and Photography Association of XX Factory Workers is a mass amateur academic group composed of art, calligraphy and photography lovers in our factory under the leadership of the factory trade union, which is used to engage in creative, exchange and learning activities and serve the factory and society with spiritual products.

The Association adheres to the four cardinal principles, takes serving the people and socialism as the direction, takes the policy of letting a hundred flowers blossom, a hundred schools of thought contend, bringing forth new ideas, making the past serve the present and making foreign things serve China, gives full play to the characteristics of art, calligraphy and photography, serves the reform and production, enriches the amateur cultural life of workers and makes positive contributions to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. By cultivating, guiding and uniting art, calligraphy and photography lovers among the employees of our factory, the Association has continuously inherited and developed the art of art, calligraphy and photography, and gradually formed a large-scale art and calligraphy photography team in our factory.

The Association actively participated in the related activities organized by the Municipal Cultural Palace, and exchanged ideas on art, calligraphy and photography with relevant academic groups in provinces and cities. Learn from qualified predecessors with an open mind and hold various types of exhibitions.

Chapter I Members

Article 1 All employees who have made certain achievements in fine arts, calligraphy and photography can become members of the Association of Fine Arts, Calligraphy and Photography for Factory Employees. To join this association, I must apply, with the consent of the unit leader, be introduced by two members, and submit 1~2 works, which will be discussed and approved by the board of directors. Participants are required to hand in two one-inch bareheaded photos, fill in the membership application form, issue membership cards, and pay an annual membership fee of 5 yuan.

Article 2 Anyone who has participated in the exhibition of works of art, calligraphy and photography twice in the factory or once in the bureau, city or province may also apply for membership.

Article 3 Members have the right to vote and stand for election, the right to participate in all activities of the Association, and the right to make criticisms, suggestions or opinions on the construction of the Association.

Article 4. With the approval of the board of directors, fans who have not yet met the membership requirements can be accepted as club members and can participate in related activities of the association.

Article 5 A member who fails to participate in activities for five times without reason or fails to pay membership fees for two years will be automatically removed from the list.

Chapter II Organization

Article 6 Under the leadership of the factory trade union, the Association shall accept the guidance of the provincial and municipal workers' art, calligraphy and photography associations and relevant academic groups.

Article 7 The Association shall establish a council. The Council consists of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary-general and several directors.

Article 8 The term of office of the board of directors shall be two years, at which time it shall be re-elected. Under normal circumstances, a meeting of all members is held once a year.

Article 9 The Association is divided into three groups, namely, art, calligraphy and photography, which can carry out activities separately.

Chapter III Activities

Tenth in addition to the activities of the factory, the association should actively participate in related social activities.

Article 11 The activity funds of the Association shall be appropriately allocated by the factory trade union.

Article 12 Factory trade unions have the right to solicit or publish outstanding works exhibited by their members.

Thirteenth in the name of the association, through legal channels to sell members' works, in addition to the cost, the author himself should get 50% of its net income, 30% to the factory trade union, and 20% to the association to supplement the activities of the association.
