According to the requirements of the superior department, due to the tight time and heavy tasks of collecting and issuing social security cards recently, after research, it was decided to openly recruit 6 staff members under the labor contract system (non-institutional establishment) from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment targets and conditions
1. Love the motherland, have good conduct, abide by laws and regulations, be physically and mentally healthy, and have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.
2. College degree or above in national education series, under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1983), no major restriction (recruitment position: labor contract personnel, position code: C01).
2. Recruitment Procedure
Adhering to the principle of "open registration, unified examination, equal competition, and merit-based recruitment", the entire process is divided into registration and qualification review, written examination, qualification review and interview , physical examination, assessment, announcement and seven stages of employment.
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time and location: May 15, 2013 - May 17, 2013, 9:00 - 11:30 am , 15:00-17:30 in the afternoon at the County Personnel Examination Management Office (Jingdu Avenue, second floor of Human Resources Building).
2. Application materials: Applicants should bring the originals and copies of their ID card and graduation certificate (2013 graduates will be provided with a graduate employment two-way recommendation form and employment agreement), registration form (candidates Please download and print the front and back sides by yourself and fill it in with a black pen) and 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded photos of the same background.
3. Registration fee: The registration fee is 100 yuan per person (Su Price Letter [2007] No. 146). Graduates from extremely poor families must hold the "Minimum Living Security Fund Receipt Certificate" issued by the civil affairs department or issued by a trade union organization The registration fee for the "Extremely Hardship Employee Certificate" is waived.
4. Receive the admission ticket: Applicants must hold their ID cards on May 19, 2013 (the agent must hold the ID card of the agent and the candidate's ID card), and receive the admission ticket receipt and registration invoice. Go to the Personnel Examination Management Office to collect your admission ticket.
5. If the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants does not reach 1:3, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced until the ratio is reached before the exam can be held.
(2) Written test
1. Applicants must take part in a written test organized uniformly throughout the county. The written test is conducted in the form of closed-book answers, and the full score of the test paper is 100 points. The scope of the examination refers to the basic knowledge part and basic computer knowledge of civil servants recruited in Jiangsu Province in 2013.

(3) Qualification review and interview
1. Based on the written test scores, candidates will be reviewed from high to low in a ratio of 1:5 to the number of candidates. Those who fail the re-examination will be disqualified from the interview and will be replaced in order according to their written test scores.
2. The qualification review mainly examines the candidates’ qualifications and conditions. Candidates need to provide the original and copy of their household registration book or the original household registration certificate issued by the place of household registration. Married persons must provide a certificate of no unplanned birth issued by the local family planning authority.
The qualification review time will be notified later.
3. The interview is uniformly arranged by the county public recruitment leading group. The interview is scored out of 100 points, with a passing score of 60 points. The interview results will be notified to the candidates in writing on the spot.

4. Calculation method of total score.
Total score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%

(4) Physical examination
Based on the total scores, the list of physical examination personnel will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1 based on the number of recruits for each position and the total scores of qualified candidates. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1).
(5) Assessment
For those who pass the physical examination, the competent department will organize and implement the assessment in a unified manner with reference to the "Implementation Rules for the Recruitment and Assessment of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province", and the assessment results will be reported to the county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for disclosure. (6) Public announcement
Those who have passed the physical examination and assessment will be publicized for seven days and accept supervision from all walks of life.
For the vacancies that occur in the physical examination, assessment, publicity and other links, the candidates who enter the interview will be filled in order according to the total score of the qualified candidates.
(7) Recruitment
For those who have no objection after being announced, the county human resources and social security department will issue an admission notice and go through relevant labor contract procedures.
3. Work Benefits
All employed personnel will be subject to a labor contract system with a one-month probationary period. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be paid no less than 1,500 yuan per month. Relevant insurance must be paid in accordance with regulations, and the hired personnel will decide whether to renew based on the annual assessment.
Otherwise, terminate the employment relationship and return to the human resources market to choose a career independently.
