Kangping County belongs to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, and is located in the Liaohe River Basin. Its geographical position is between 42 31'and 43 02' north latitude and between122 45' and123 37' east longitude. It faces Changtu County of Tieling City across the Liaohe River in the east, Zhangwu County of Fuxin City in the west and Faku County in the south. The development of history
