Recently, Sony FX 1000E camera has a cyan display, where it shoots video highlights. What's the problem?

The vicinity of the lamp you shoot is equal to cutting white, which means that the cut white place is considered cyan.

That means the white balance of your camera is off color.

There are two possibilities:

1, camera menu settings, set the white balance color temperature or offset.

2. The camera PP parameter is set to white balance color cast.

Solution:

1, set the camera to full automatic state, and then see if it is blue. If not, the menu setting problem.

Enter the menu to cancel the white balance offset in the camera settings section.

2, if it is still partial, it is the problem of PP value.

Press the PP value on the camera to enter. Just set the "PP value" to off.

If it is a hardware fault, it will not be like this, just adjust the parameters.
