How to clean the camera body and how to clean the camera lens

Before cleaning the outside of the fuselage, cover the fuselage cover, battery cover and various data interfaces to prevent dust from entering the fuselage through these interfaces. When cleaning, first blow off the dust on the surface of the SLR camera, and then clean it with a brush and a blower, so as to avoid scratching the machine with dusty particles in the subsequent wiping process.

After blowing the dust, you can gently brush the camera surface with a brush to ensure that all the dust stuck to the fuselage can be brushed off. Most places outside the camera can be wiped with lens cloth. Remember not to scrape a large area, but to wipe a small area along the sequence. If there are stains similar to sweat stains, you can wipe them with lens paper and lens liquid. Although the lens liquid is easy to volatilize, be careful not to get too much lens liquid when using it, which may also cause damage to the fuselage.

Don't forget to clean up the shutter button, all the setting buttons, the depositor's card warehouse and other small places in a certain order to prevent omissions. Then you can clean the back of the fuselage. You can wipe the LCD screen with a small amount of lens liquid dipped in lens paper. First, you can use a hair dryer and a brush to dust off the surface of the LCD screen, and then you can use lens liquid to stick lens paper to wipe it from the inside out in the same direction. The method of wiping the viewfinder is the same, but because the viewfinder is relatively small, it needs to be wiped with a cotton swab, and it is also wiped spirally from the inside out. What should be noted here is that it must be light, because the coating of the viewfinder is very fragile. In order not to scratch the coating, you need to wipe it slowly with a cotton swab and a viewfinder at 45 degrees.

2. Clean the LCD screen.

After cleaning the outside of the fuselage, it is also necessary to clean the most important part-the photosensitive element. First take off the fuselage cover, put it down, blow it with air a few times, and then cover it. At this time, you should enter the camera cleaning mode. After using the manual cleaning mode, the reflector of the camera will be lifted to expose the photosensitive element, or the fuselage will face down and blow hard. Don't forget to turn off the power of the camera after blowing, and let the reflector return to its original position automatically.

If there is still some dust in it, it is suggested to use a device called "jelly stick" to stick it out, but this device is expensive. If you are not sure you can clean it up, you should recommend a photographer to clean it up in a professional place.

Step 3 clean the lens.

When cleaning lenses, the following tools are mainly selected: professional mirror cloth/suede (never glasses cloth), professional mirror paper, soft brush, balloon blowing, mirror water, etc.

If there is dust, blow it off with a balloon first. If you can't blow it off, you can sweep it with a soft brush without touching it. Then, drop the mirror cleaning liquid on the mirror cleaning cloth, rotate it from the inside to the outside, and clean it. Note that it can be repeated several times. Don't push too hard at a time, and then blow off the remaining dust with a balloon.

In the case of insufficient equipment, such as only mirror cleaning cloth or mirror cleaning paper. Then, put your hand in front of the camera at an angle of 30~45 degrees, and blow into your hand with your mouth. The air will reflect on the camera and blow away the dust. This has the advantage of preventing saliva from blowing on the lens. Or, take a breath into the lens (equivalent to the role of mirror cleaning liquid) to prevent dust from scratching the lens, and then wipe the lens from the inside out with mirror cleaning cloth or mirror cleaning paper. With the cooperation of these two simple methods, lens cleaning can be realized in an emergency, and it must be carried out in the right way at ordinary times.
