Yunnan Zhaotong Huize Line Dashanbao

Dashanbao Scenic Area is located in Dashanbao Township, Zhaoyang District, with an altitude of about 3,000 meters, 8 1 km west of Zhaotong. On August 24th, 2020, we drove from Huize Hotel to the market town where Dashanbao Township Government is located, and stayed in Qingfeng Yue Ming, a simple and clean small hotel.

Dashanbao Scenic Area includes four scenic spots: Dahaizi, Tiaodunhe Reservoir, Xianrendian and Jigongshan Grand Canyon. Dahaizi and Tiaodunhe reservoir wetlands are the wintering habitats of black-necked cranes. The next morning, we visited Xianren Field and Jigongshan Grand Canyon. Xianrentian is 2 kilometers northwest of the market town and is a meadow of nearly 200,000 mu. Jigongshan Grand Canyon is located 5 kilometers southwest of the market town. It is a basalt grand canyon with a drop of nearly 3,000 meters caused by stratum stuffing at the edge of meadow in Xianrentian Plateau.

The blue sky here is intoxicating. The fresh air filters out all the noise, and the hot sunshine condenses the sky into dreamy blue. The sky is blue as sapphire, crystal clear and deep as the sea. The sky is washed and spotless, blue is pure, blue is full, and blue is in my heart.

The land here is vast and deep, and the uplift of the spine extends out of an open mind, embracing the yellow desolation and cattle and sheep.

The Grand Canyon here is a fold of the vicissitudes of the earth, with huge stones standing on both sides and towering walls. The villages and towns dotted at the bottom of the valley are pearls scattered randomly in history, dazzling and giving birth to a long and profound civilization. Standing on the edge of the cliff, it seems that you can still see the clear light of the slate on the five-foot Qin Road and hear the bells of the caravan floating from the depths of history.

The vast world has nurtured the simple people here. Wearing wool and felt, the old man herding sheep is indomitable and full of fortitude. The man on horseback is following the horse, and the young man napping on the grass may be talking to his girl.

Under the scorching sun, there are also a group of women leading horses for tourists. Some children are still carried on their backs, and the children are wrapped tightly, and they are exposed to the sun with horses and adults. These women are not obsessed with the sale of tourists, but leisurely wait for their own business in order. There is no shelter from the wind and rain on the mountain. Women can only sit or lie on the grass slope at will, teasing children, knitting things, joking with each other and laughing for a long time.

The seven-day trip to northeast Yunnan ended, and my heart was full of emotion and shock. Time to go home! The feeling of being intoxicated by the scenery during the trip is short-lived, and the feeling of happiness is common at home.
