The network camera is offline

It may be caused by router cache, try the following method to solve it:

1. First confirm whether the wireless router is configured correctly and whether the WAN port has obtained the IP;

< p> 2. If the WAN port does not obtain an IP, directly plug the network cable into the modem broadband dial-up. If the mode cannot be dialed directly, please contact the ISP.

3. If you connect directly to the modem, you can dial, but the router cannot dial. Usually it is a router hardware failure;

4. If you were able to access the Internet before, you suddenly cannot access it. It is related to the router cache. You can unplug the power cord behind the router and plug it back in. Wait until the signal indicator lights up again and then try to connect again.
