What is the basic skill of a cinematographer?

I really don't understand the basic skills of a cinematographer. Even if I have seen it, I can't count on the photographer. The basic skills of cinematographers are higher than those of photographers who carry cameras. As for other requirements, I dare not talk nonsense. In the past, I only saw the auxiliary camera display technology, because I rarely saw the main camera doing detailed work, and often the auxiliary camera adjusted everything before shooting on the computer. However, the technology of the auxiliary camera is frightening. I saw that the estimation error of eye distance was within two meters and centimeters, and there was no error in eye photometry. As soon as the mirror is put in the field, several assistants will push their arms without verbal communication, the machine will be unloaded and the mirror will be changed. To tell you the truth, I think the main photographer suddenly had diarrhea and disappeared for a while, and his work would not stop, because the film and television photography team is very skilled, even the assistant who pushed the track can't. This is why I seldom see big film and television photographers as graphic photographers, although theoretically each of them is absolutely strong for the camera. With such solid technology, I don't want to go back to doing simple plane photography, even if the plane is famous again.
