Day 1: Depart from Beijing West Railway Station in the evening and take the train to Lhasa. (Left on the train)
The next day: this Beijing-Tibet special train takes about 40.5 hours. Through Shijiazhuang, west through the Loess Plateau, through Taiyuan, Zhongwei and Lanzhou, and then set foot on the long-awaited Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. (Left on the train)
Day 3: Arrive at the holy city of Lhasa at 3658 meters above sea level at noon. The tour guide sent you a white Hada to welcome you! After picking up the station and arriving at the hotel, take a rest and adapt to the plateau climate.
Day 4: Depart from Lhasa, follow the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, pass the birthplace of Songzan Gambu, cross the Xueshan Pass in Milla at an altitude of 50 18 meters, and enter Linzhi area with the reputation of Jiuzhaigou in Tibet at an altitude of only 2,900 meters. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yangni River in Ming Che along the way, with rippling blue waves and beautiful water color. On the way, I visited Ngapoi Folk Village and experienced the daily life of Tibetan families at close range. After that, visit Basongcuo, the national AAAA tourist area in Linzhi area. The lake is crystal clear. Visit the Jiao Hong Temple, a 600-year-old temple in the middle of the lake. (Susosong Village)
Day 5: Visit the Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon, the first of the top ten canyons in China, where you can enjoy not only the beautiful canyon scenery, spectacular waterfalls and majestic snow-capped mountains, but also the natural and cultural wonders such as the Buddha's palm sand dunes and welcoming pines. From the observation deck of the Grand Canyon, you can enjoy the top ten famous mountains in China, Namgyabawa Peak, and the world-famous No.1 and No.2 Bends of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
Then go to Yani Wetland Park and board the first glass observation deck in Tibet, where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the confluence of Yani River and Yarlung Zangbo River in 360 degrees. After visiting Lulang International Town, Lulang Alpine Ranch, surrounded by virgin forest, is the third best-preserved forest area in China. Snow-capped mountains, forests and pastures constitute Lulang's unique natural landscape. (Sululang)
Day 6: Return to Lhasa and drive west along the Yangni River. The scenery of Jiangnan in Tibet suddenly appeared in front of us. The soothing and rich Bangjietang grassland and the beautiful scenery of the tree-lined Yangni River will make you sigh: ancient and desolate Tibet has such a treasure trove of geomantic omen! On the way, I walked into the Tibetan folk village, a collector. All kinds of Tibetan-style buildings are patchwork, feeling the most primitive mountain village customs. They are displayed in turn along the folk interpretation of the mountain path, Balu folk houses, industrial cloth folk houses and manual workshops. (Stay in Lhasa)
Day 7: Visit the Potala Palace, the tallest ancient palace-style building in the world (including explanation), and get a panoramic view of Lhasa. After that, I went to Jokhang Temple Square to feel the scriptures of the local Tibetans. A monument to the Tang-Fan Alliance stands in front of the temple, witnessing the profound friendship between the Chinese and Tibetan people. Go to Bajiao Street, the largest commercial street in Lhasa. Commodities are full of Tibetan, Nepalese and Indian characteristics, and they are the epitome of human landscape in Lhasa and even the whole Tibetan area. (Stay in Lhasa)
Day 8: Depart from Lhasa, cross gambara Snow Mountain at an altitude of 4,900 meters, overlook gambara Radar Station, and go to Yangzhuoyong Lake, the world's highest freshwater lake, which has the reputation of a sacred lake in the sky, with an altitude of 444 1 meter and an area of 648 square kilometers. There are more than a dozen small islands in the lake, and there are abundant aquatic plants by the lake. It is one of the famous pastures in Tibet and the largest waterfowl habitat in Tibet. Every summer, I go around Yangzhuoyong Lake to Gyangze, the location of the film "red river valley", overlooking the anti-British site of Shanzong. (Su Shigatse)
Day 9: Visit Tashilhunpo Temple, the Panchen Lama's temple in Xi 'an, built at 1447.
