How to add subtitles and borders in Vegas?

Subtitles are all kinds of subtitles in the media generator. You can choose to inherit the text, the text is a single subtitle, the subtitle above is a scrolling subtitle and so on.

If it is lace, make a picture with ps first, then pour it in and put it on the video you want, mainly hollowing out the middle (ps should learn by itself).
