Education ideal speech
Hello everyone!
People always have many dreams when they are young. They want to be scientists, artists and doctors and do many earth-shattering things, which is remarkable. I think this is the beauty of their youth.
In primary school, I was carefree all day. I don't know what an ideal is, and I don't seem to have thought about what my dream is. Junior high school, I have a wide range of interests, like photography, love literature, and like to use DIY small motors with cans and enameled wires ... but I still don't have my own lofty ideals.
Until one day, I came to Bengbu Normal School, which was the only school I chose, because my parents, who were teachers, quietly erased my desire for the senior high school entrance examination. On the first day of school, I saw the words on the wooden sign on the side of the campus, which was fresh in my memory-holding a heart without a blade of grass. It is this sentence that makes me determine the direction of my life.
19xx, I changed from a student to a teacher. At work, I find the pleasure of being a teacher more and more, although it requires too much persistence and effort. I grew up happily with my children. In spring, we came to the field together, singing and dancing and reciting spring poems with rape flowers as the background and a large grassland as the stage. Let's find a kind of grass we call "Maoyi" on the ridge, pull it down, peel it off, and put it in our mouth to chew the taste of My Sweetie spring; In summer, we will observe tadpoles, catch shrimps and pick lotus together around the pond in our spare time. In the classroom, my children and I happily enjoy growing up every day. Every month, we are together to send our most unpretentious wishes to the students who celebrate their birthdays that month. We will adapt the text and perform a textbook drama. We will play the role of a small reporter and hold a press conference. We will invite parents to our party and tell them that the children are great. On weekends, we will go to nursing homes together, clean the bedrooms for the old people, wash their hair and comb their hair, and wrap jiaozi for them ... I will also ride my motorcycle to visit the children and their families during holidays, sometimes in the fields.
My children and I grew up together, were happy together, welcomed the storm together, bathed in sunshine together, and felt the beauty of the world and the beauty of life together. Besides knowledge, education is more important to cultivate children's positive attitude towards life and treat life optimistically with a positive attitude towards life.
There is a saying: if children are regarded as angels, teachers will live in heaven; If children are regarded as demons, teachers will live in hell. In my first ten years as a teacher, I lived in heaven.
After 20xx years, because the nature and content of my work have changed, I can spend less and less time with my children. I lost myself and suddenly lost my way. After three years of struggle, I decided to change! I want to be myself! So I chose to change and came to a new city.
Thirdly, I can get along with the children day and night; Once again, I can grow up happily with my children; Once again, I found the feeling I wanted most.
The children in my class will coax me to sing the songs mentioned in the lecture in class. They will call me "Bobo", "Bobo", even "Sun Yibo", "Bobo" and "Grandfather". What's more, they will call me "Grandfather" in autumn. They will let me play the role of "bad uncle" when they perform sketches. I walked among them, strolled with them in the ocean of learning, and gathered the sparks of wisdom together. I am happy for the children's happiness, troubled by their troubles, and happy for their happiness.
Today, talk about educational ideals. I remember that Holden Cofield, the hero of The Catcher in the Rye, had a life ideal of "there are so many children playing games in a large wheat field". There are thousands of children, and there is no one nearby-no adults, I mean-except me. Me, right on the edge of that damn cliff. My job is to watch over there, and if any children run to the edge of the cliff, I will catch them-I mean, the children are running wildly, and I don't know where they are going. I have to come out from somewhere and catch them. I do this all day. I just want to be a catcher in the rye. " Think of a multiple-choice question in a class last week. I asked, "What's the answer?" "2!" The children said in unison. "Are you all 2?" I asked with a smile. "Teacher, you are also 2!" The children responded quickly, "We are all 2!"
I am willing to be a teacher who is not like a teacher and accompany the children to grow up freely and happily in a tolerant and relaxed environment.
It seems too simple. But this is my educational ideal.
To paraphrase a popular online saying: my ideal is very skinny, but the reality is very full!
