The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Land and Resources Planning Institute was founded in 1997. It is a social welfare, basic and technical institution directly under the Guangxi Department of Land and Resources.

The main responsibility of our institute is to provide comprehensive technical support and services for Guangxi’s land, minerals and ocean management. Under the institute are the Institute of Planning and Technology, the Institute of Land Use Regulation (Land Affairs Institute), the Institute of Cultivated Land Protection, the Cadastral Information Engineering Institute, the Survey Institute, the Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, the Institute of Oceanography, the Mineral Resources Reserve Review Center, the Land Use Planning Review Center, and offices. There are 16 departments including the General Engineering Office, Party Affairs Office, Finance Office, Project Operation Office, Development Office, and Guidong Branch. Since its establishment, it has attracted a large number of outstanding talents to work in the hospital by establishing and implementing standardized talent introduction, training, and employment systems and a salary system of equal pay for equal work. It now has 145 professionals in various fields such as land planning, land management, and surveying and mapping engineering, including 1 doctor, 42 graduate students, and 136 with a college degree or above, accounting for 90% of the total number. There are 23 people with senior professional titles, 39 people with intermediate professional titles, and 46 people with junior professional titles.

Currently, our institute has Grade A qualifications for land planning, Grade B qualifications for surveying and mapping, Grade C qualifications for geological exploration and planning environmental assessment qualifications, and has won the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

(1) Land management, cartography and geographical information systems, remote sensing technology and other related majors, bachelor degree or above from a key university;

2. Technical post of the Farmland Protection Institute (1 person)

(1) Land resources management major, full-time graduate degree or above;

(2) Have good ideological and moral character, obey leadership arrangements, be able to bear hardships and stand hard work, be competent in business trips and overtime work, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, have a strong spirit of teamwork and division of labor, be good at learning and have strong learning and comprehension abilities ;

(3) Have strong organizational and coordination skills and strong language expression skills, be familiar with the requirements for writing official documents and have strong writing skills, and have the ability to carry out project research;

1. Surveying and mapping technical post of the Survey Institute (1 person)

(1) Surveying and mapping , geographical information, land management and other related majors, a bachelor's degree or above or an intermediate or above professional title in surveying and mapping;

(2) Abide by laws and regulations, respect leadership, obey arrangements, be able to endure hardships and stand hard work, and be competent for business trips and work overtime, have good professional ethics and team spirit, and have a strong sense of work responsibility and professionalism;

(3) Ability to independently complete tasks assigned by the hospital or office; proficient in measurement and drawing , land management and other related industry knowledge; be proficient in the principles and basic operations of various measuring instruments such as GPS, total stations, levels, and be proficient in using MAPGIS, AutoCAD, CASS, NEWMAP, OFFICE and other related software, and have certain writing skills and communication and coordination skills.

2. Land consolidation design post at the Farmland Protection Institute (1 person)

(1) Water conservancy and hydropower engineering major, full-time graduate student or above or full-time professional with an intermediate or above water conservancy and hydropower title Undergraduate students;

4. Job position at the Cadastral Information Engineering Institute (2 people)

(1) Cartography, geographic information systems, remote sensing technology and other related majors, bachelor degree or above, familiar with geography Information systems and remote sensing image processing software;
