Xiamen Marathon Time

The Xiamen Marathon was held on April 2nd.

Since the development of Xiamen Marathon, a series of supporting activities have been derived, such as green running in action, photo contest, parent-child running, breakfast running and OKRUN series. Extend the original one-day event to the whole season and continue to build the event culture of Xiamen Marathon.

Xiamen International Marathon is an international marathon sponsored by China Athletics Association and Xiamen Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by Xiamen Sports Bureau, Xiamen Radio and Television Group, Xiamen Siming District People's Government and Xiamen Huli District People's Government.

Since the end of 2007, Xiamen International Marathon has been certified as "IAAF Highway Golden Race" and "IAAF Golden Race" in China for 13 years. The event was awarded the title of "China Marathon Outstanding Contribution Award" and "Marathon City" by China Athletics Association.

The charm of marathon:

1. One of the charms of the marathon is the opening of the competition venue. Other sports, as long as they can be used for competitions, are either familiar plots or ordinary circles, while the venues for marathons mostly choose urban roads. For the contestants, every step and every paragraph is a different scenery.

2. The second charm of the marathon is the tolerance for the contestants. In other sports, only the same athletes can compete in the same venue. It is almost impossible for amateurs to compete with professional athletes pk. Unlike marathons, both professional and amateur athletes can compete together.

There are obviously more than two charms of marathon, but it is undeniable that it is the two reasons of openness and tolerance that make marathon bring more joy to people.
