Classification standard of surveying and mapping qualification 2022

Surveying and mapping qualifications are divided into Grade A and Grade B, and the surveying and mapping qualifications are divided into 10 professional categories, namely geodesy, surveying and mapping aerial photography, photogrammetry and remote sensing, engineering surveying, marine surveying and mapping, boundary and real estate surveying and mapping, geographic information system engineering, map compilation, navigation electronic map making and Internet map service.

The Ministry of Natural Resources is responsible for the examination and approval and management of Grade A surveying and mapping qualification for navigation electronic map production. The competent departments of natural resources of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the examination and approval and management of surveying and mapping qualifications other than those specified in the preceding paragraph.

Units applying for surveying and mapping qualifications shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having the qualification of a legal person;

(2) Having surveying and mapping professionals and related surveying and mapping professionals who are suitable for their surveying and mapping activities;

(3) Having technical equipment and facilities suitable for surveying and mapping activities;

(four) a sound technical and quality assurance system, safety measures, information confidentiality management system and surveying and mapping results and data file management system.

1. The unit applying for surveying and mapping qualification shall apply to the administrative department of surveying and mapping of the county and municipal people's governments and put forward preliminary examination opinions to apply for surveying and mapping qualification;

2, Surveying and mapping qualification acceptance organ shall make a decision within 5 days from the date of receiving the application materials.

3, Surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authorities need to verify the substance of the application materials, by the Surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority or its entrusted subordinate surveying and mapping administrative departments to assign two or more staff to check.

4, surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority shall make a decision on examination and approval within 20 days from the date of accepting the application. If a decision cannot be made within 20 days, it may be extended by 10 with the approval of the leader of the surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority, and the applicant shall be informed of the reasons for the extension.

5. If the applicant meets the statutory requirements, the surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority shall make a written approval decision, publicize it to the public for 7 days, and issue the surveying and mapping qualification certificate to the applicant within 10 days from the date of making the formal approval decision.

Surveying and mapping qualification examination and approval authority shall make a decision of disapproval, and explain the reasons to the applicant in writing.

6, "Surveying and mapping qualification certificate" is divided into original and copy, printed by the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, the original and copy have the same legal effect.

"Surveying and mapping qualification certificate" is valid for no more than 5 years. The numbering form is: grade+capital measurement word+province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government number+sequence number.

Surveying and mapping qualification application materials

1. An application form for surveying and mapping qualification in the style specified by the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping in quadruplicate;

2. Business license of enterprise legal person or certificate of institution legal person;

3. Resume and employment or employment documents of the legal representative;

4. Qualification certificates, employment or employment documents, contracts, graduation certificates and identity cards of professional and technical personnel meeting the prescribed number;

5 when the unit on-the-job professional and technical personnel roster;

6 in accordance with the provisions of the number of instruments and equipment certification materials;

7 surveying and mapping technology, quality assurance system and surveying and mapping results and data file management system documents;

8. Proof of unit residence; Surveying and mapping qualification application process

9. Proof materials of surveying and mapping achievements that can reflect the technical level of the unit;

10. Other materials that should be provided.
