The following is a typesetting tutorial that I usually write in square format:

1. Quickly draw a to-do box with small squares on the notebook. It is suggested to draw the next line, with a blank line in the middle.

2. Draw a monthly calendar with a grid book, first count the grids and then fill in the date, which can be used for hand account or punching.

3. Write a timeline by using the characteristics of equal grid spacing, so as to understand your time utilization conveniently and intuitively.

4. Take each square as a punching box, draw a corresponding number of boxes and fill them one by one after setting the target, or punch cards with a highlighter.

5. The grid is suitable for stickers, separation lines and borders. Because the grid can help alignment.
