Training objectives

This major cultivates loyalty, reliability, strict discipline, impartiality, solid foundation, civil and military integrity, has a strong sense of social responsibility, awareness of the rule of law, innovative spirit and police practice ability, and can systematically master the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills of network security prevention in accordance with the requirements of professionalization and actual combat of public security work in the new period and related policies and regulations.

Have the professional ability to prevent network-related crimes and crack down on new network crimes, and be competent for high-quality applied public security professionals who need to engage in network security prevention.

Teaching characteristics

(A) Practice teaching

Freshmen receive entrance education and military training when they enter school. Arrange labor education in the semester, promote the spirit of labor among students, and guide students to respect and respect labor. Carrying out experiments (training) includes independent experimental (training) courses and practical teaching links in each course. There are mainly on-site teaching, simulation drills, comprehensive drills, experiments, case teaching, course papers, discussion and exchange, visits and inspections.

Arrange students to go to the local police station for internship and complete the research report. Arrange students to go to grass-roots public security organs for professional practice (the time of participating in large-scale activities, security and other police actual combat can offset the professional practice time), complete the practice project as required, and write the practice report.

(2) Scientific research and training

The cultivation of students' scientific research and innovation ability runs through the whole teaching process. Hold special lectures and academic reports to introduce the knowledge and methods of scientific research, the present situation and trend of discipline development, and the trends and achievements of academic research.

Encourage and organize students to undertake scientific research projects inside and outside the school, or participate in teachers' scientific research projects, and complete some or all tasks under the guidance of teachers. Instruct students to write research reports, practice reports and graduation thesis (design).

(3) The second class

In combination with students' ideological reality, we will hold special lectures on ideological and political education, hold police oaths, and organize students to participate in red gene education and social welfare activities to improve students' ideological and moral quality. Invite experts and scholars inside and outside the school to hold lectures on science and technology and culture, and hold competitions in related disciplines, public security business and police physical skills, so as to broaden students' horizons and cultivate students' innovation and practical ability.
