After intense selection, I set up my own enrollment team. After a busy day, I want to sum up my daily work, think about the problems encountered in the enrollment process and the countermeasures, and think about better enrollment strategies. I can't say the work is tiring. I feel that since I have chosen, I have the responsibility to do it well, no matter how difficult the process is. Two days after enrollment, we started school and organized training classes for students. We should start from the grass-roots work, start from the relatively poor work, constantly exercise our abilities in the poor work, show our talents, and then try to find a job that matches our abilities better.
