The color rendering should be above 80. Photos taken with a color rendering below 80 will be distorted.

The best light color is between 3000-3500K, which is also the color temperature used by almost all big brand stores. Also, the camera has automatic white balance. The color temperature can only take effect after you turn off the white balance.
