Whenever the child "accumulates food", the daughter-in-law will make "Xiaoshi soup", which is simple and effective, and drinking more is good for health.

It has been raining recently. If I remember correctly, it rained intermittently in July and August, and there were few consecutive sunny days. If you have children at home, you will find that children are easy to pile up food because they have little outdoor exercise. The same is true of our children. Their tongues turn white easily and they run around at dinner time. I don't like eating, and I'm easy to be picky when I eat, so my daughter-in-law recently made a "snack soup" for my children. It has been tried for a while, and the effect has been improved. I recommend it to everyone. Of course, this soup won't work for a day or two, and I have to stick to it for a while.

I used to think that more exercise could make children eat more, but I forgot the simplest' complementary food'. Correct eating habits can help children digest, and they can't always take medicine for accumulated food. Changing eating habits and correct food supplements are the' king'. This method is much better than seeing a doctor. As the old saying goes, "food tonic" means "nourishing". In any case, it is in line with traditional habits to nourish the body with simple ingredients.

I will share this "Xiaoshi soup" with you today. It uses all the foods you often eat in your daily life, but when combined, it becomes a natural "snack soup", which is easy to learn. At first glance, the ingredients used are often available in supermarkets and can be bought all year round. If the child doesn't like to eat, it is good for the child to drink a little often.

Ingredients: apples, dried hawthorn slices and red dates.

-Start making-

Step one: This is the food we need today.

After several attempts, this ratio is more in line with the public's taste. I wrote this article some time ago, and many people reacted too sourly, and children didn't like it.

There are two reasons for being too sour: First, there are too many apples and hawthorns. Apples are a little sour, but hawthorn contains a lot of acid. If these two kinds are added too much, the juice will be very sour.

Second, the cooking time is too long, and the normal time is 10 minute, just enough for all the ingredients to smell. If the stew lasts too long, it will not only be sour, but also slightly bitter, even if more sugar is added later.

So, I tried a small apple, six big red dates, 10 hawthorn slices, a small piece of brown sugar or rock sugar.

Step 1: Prepare a small apple, and if possible, choose a mature apple, which can also solve the acidity problem well. Wash the apple, then peel it, cut the core and cut it into small pieces. Slice the apples and put them in a bowl for later use.

Step 2: Prepare 6 red dates, add appropriate amount of water, soak them first, and then clean them by hand.

Cut the jujube block into small pieces, remove the jujube core, and finally cut the jujube block into small pieces. It's easier to taste when cooked this way.

Step 3: add appropriate amount of water to hawthorn slices. Just like the previous step, soak first and then clean.

Step 4: Put the prepared apple pieces, diced red dates and hawthorn slices into the pot.

Step 5: add a proper amount of water, and the amount of water does not exceed the ingredients.

Step 6: Boil the water. After the water is boiled, add a piece of brown sugar or rock sugar. Stir with chopsticks, cover the lid and simmer 10 minutes.

What needs attention here is that it must be stewed on a small fire, so that the taste of the ingredients can be cooked slowly.

Step 7: After the time is up, don't rush out of the pot, turn off the fire and stew for 5 minutes, then open the lid and take out the soup.

The apple slices, hawthorn slices and red dates in it are also badly stewed and can be eaten directly. Cooked soup can be stored in the refrigerator or in children's cups. Drinking this juice when children are thirsty is much better than drinking drinks and cold water. Regular drinking is beneficial to the growth of the body.

1, this soup is suitable for people over the age of 1, because if it is too small and there is no complementary food, it will make children's appetite heavier if they drink it for a long time. So if you add complementary food, parents can make it with confidence. If you don't add complementary food, don't try.

2. Try to cut the apple into small pieces when dicing, so that the apple juice and nutrition can be completely cooked when stewing.

3, red dates should also be cut into small pieces. If the whole piece of red dates is put in, the taste of red dates will not be cooked, the stew effect is poor, and the color of the soup is deeper.

4. The amount of sugar is controlled according to personal preference. The overall taste of this practice is sour and sweet, but it is difficult to adjust. Some children don't like sour taste, so you can add some rock sugar or brown sugar.

5. The stewing time is 10 minute. If more ingredients are cooked at one time, the time can be extended.
