Plot:

After a production team in rural Shandong implemented the contract responsibility system of joint production, the members' enthusiasm for production was high. In 1984, this film won the Hundred Flowers Award Award for Best Legacy Film, Best Supporting Actress Award (Wang Fuli) in the 7th film, and the first prize of excellent film in 1983 by the Ministry of Culture.
