What is the most beautiful picture you have saved? What's the story?

The most beautiful photos are usually not the deliberate composition and color adjustment, but the feeling captured in an instant. The most beautiful photo I have saved is a photo of a Chinese child taken by the Japanese photographer Akiyama Ryoji in the 1980s. This photographer also published "Hello, Little Friend", a photo album showing the life style of Chinese children in the 1980s.

This photo was taken in Suzhou, China. In the photo, the boat in the river clearly shows the beautiful scenery of Jiangnan. The three children smiled so innocently and unrestrainedly. A little boy seemed to be saying something interesting. Another little boy smiled and leaned on the little girl's shoulder. In the child, we saw the simple smile, candid eyes and the kind of pure and stretched happiness that we may have forgotten long ago. At that time, China had just emerged from a turbulent transformation, and everything was developing in a good direction, and the living conditions of children could best reveal the development spirit of a country.

Although there are many beautiful photos in this album, I always have this "Smiling Face" in my phone. Every time I see it, my worries seem to disappear. Think about it, the children in the photo have grown up now. Where and what kind of adults have they become now? Perhaps the children born in the 90s and 00s no longer know the joy of childhood in the 1980s. Those classic games of rubber band jumping, hopscotch and marbles may be completely lost in a few decades, but when these memories become images, they will remain firm. It exists firmly in people's minds, allowing people to still recall the good times at that time. When people get old, they live by memory. Good memories are a precious asset in life. I want to be seen by those born in the 70s and 80s. When taking these photos, I feel like I have been transported back to that time, that childhood!
