Red wine and pears (dessert)

Red wine and pears are a classic dessert. This method is also quite good when you don't want to eat cold fruit! it is quite easy to do so. Original recipe: 2 cups of red wine, 3/4 cups of water, 2/3 cups of sugar, 4 pears (or apples), 1 piece of cinnamon, and a little lemon juice. What I use here is: 1 cup of black jujube wine, 1 cup of water, 2/3 cups of sugar and pear (apple); 1. Peel the pear and remove the bottom; Apples should be peeled and cut in half to remove the core; 2. Boil the wine, water and sugar with low fire, open the lid and keep boiling with low fire 1 min; 3. Soak pears or apples and cook for 15-30 minutes (depending on personal preference and pulp hardness); Generally speaking, apples ripen quickly and are soft, while pears take a long time. Another reason is that the apple is cut in half and the pear is whole.

4. After cooking, pick it up, add cinnamon and lemon juice and cook it slightly; Then pour the syrup on the fruit; 5. It can be served with a little whipped cream. Note: I used jujube wine brewed for me at home, which is sweet and thick, so I changed the original weight slightly; Cinnamon and lemon juice were omitted. You can consider eating other wines. :) Taste: sweet and soft (depending on how long it takes to cook), better than candied fruit, and delicious. Perfect for dessert _
